The last three things I ate were some peanuts, almonds, and graham crackers with peanut butter. Plus, Tuesday is my main weigh-in, and the numbers are decreasing. So setting weekly goals and plans keeps me on task.
Since I'm on well being. I'm going to share two of my traits from genomelink. My first one is my MUSICAL ability. Well, I know I would have a snowball chance in hell making it on television on a talent show. But I'm not tone-deaf.
The other thing is READING AND SPELLING ABILITY. I like to read, and I just started to read "American Jezebel" Confession time... But, I became lazy when it came to writing since the internet. In other words, I'm co-depend on the computer to take care of my grammar.
But how words have fascinated me and how it is used. I'm a fan of using etymology.
Once I had this all typed out, somehow, I lost it. One other thing I did this evening was some embroidering during the news.
As I mentioned, Regis has bedbugs, and I feel sorry for him. So frustrating! This is how I feel at this time. Plain and straightforward, Regis isn't willing to put any skin in the game. To get rid of that nasty creature, one needs to be diligent about them.
He needs a couple of things to help get rid of the bed bugs. First, he changes his clothes daily, puts them in a plastic sack, and places them on the back porch. So I can toss them in the dryer. Heat is one way of getting rid of those little creatures. In the Apartment complex, each unit has a washer and dryer. I understand these people have limited income, and using the dryer on a few pieces of clothing is costly.
His neighbor each day has been coming over and doing his bedding. And it is coming out of her pocket. I can't prove it, but I think he is sleeping in his clothes.
I tried to get hold of my supervisor and let her know I would be going in once he put a little skin in the game. I want him to take care of himself. I'm willing to take on bedbugs.
It is putting me at risk. There is a chance for me to bring them home or spread them about. I'm aware of them and careful. I carry a bottle of rubbing alcohol and spray anything I encounter.
Plus, I text his therapist about my plans. Unfortunately, his mental health people aren't going over at this time.
Today artist is NIKOLAI YAROSHENKO who is from RUSSIA
Coffee is on and stay safe
Can you get the health authorities to come in and spray the whole place clothes and all. Regis can go to a hotel for the night. That’s pretty much the only way they have any chance of getting rid of them
ReplyDeleteI agree with Angela, there is nothing else to do !
ReplyDeleteYou are brave to take on bedbugs. I don’t know that I would be so brave.
ReplyDeleteHope the numbers keep decreasing to digits you ll be pleased with. Not much bed bugs here, weather's too hot and since we usually use thin blankets and not quilts, our bed linens are exposed and not covered up. Kestrel
ReplyDeleteBedbugs are the worst, be careful you don’t bring them home
ReplyDeleteIt is hard to help someone, until they understand they need help.
ReplyDeleteBedbugs are difficult to eradicate, he may need Professional extermination to rid himself of them. Be careful none hitch a ride Home with you my Friend, an infestation of those nasty little creatures isn't something I'd want to Deal with! I lost 4 lbs. this time when I went to my Appt., so the downward trajectory in a good way is holding, my Goal is to reach 160.
ReplyDeleteGood luck helping with the bed bugs.
ReplyDeleteYou have a hard job with Regis and his bugs! Valerie
ReplyDeleteNot easy with Regis and his bed-bugs, hope it can be sorted!
ReplyDeleteLovely art you've shown today.
All the best Jan
That's a mess with Regis, I don't blame you for not wanting to go there unless he helps out.
ReplyDeleteDoes he know what to do? It's frustrating when someone refuses to do the bare minimum to take care of a problem, especially when they know what steps they need to take.
ReplyDeleteI have never experienced bedbugs, but I understand they are horrid. Good luck with the diet.
