Still snowing. Looks like a crazy day at work. My clients have their mental health people visiting today. But now I have to figure out how to get in my hours. There is an issue if anyone of us our there when another person, is part of their care. It considers fraud It looks at double billing.
I sign up for a calorie and health website. FAT SECRET. I was on fitday, but they change their format. It just doesn't work for me. But no real issue. So I'm still learning my way around fat secret. I have sweet tooth, just not one. All of them. Maybe I need to get all of them pulled and get dentures, nonsweet ones. Just kidding.
Confession time...I eat a lot of them because of emotions, both negative and positive. I don't smoke and one could almost call me a teetotaler when it comes to alcohol. We have a bottle of cinnamon whiskey and it has been here for almost five years. It could very well be here for another five years.
I thought of starting counting calories in the new year. One thing I notice I like about this site one can share photos.
I have been looking at pictures from the University of Edinburgh. The ART WORK of the students. Sometimes I look at the work they have done. I just don't get it. But once I read the bio I can understand it more.
Today's artist is SLIMAN MANSOUR who is from PALESTINE
It's too bad you can't submit hours that you didn't work to make up for hosting both your clients at the same time. But yes, I'm sure they'd find some way to consider that fraud.
ReplyDeleteI love your idea with the dentures - too funny! Valerie
ReplyDeleteNice art
ReplyDeleteI wouldn’t mind losing my sweet teeth too.
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy the different and varied art you share.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
That hardly seems right that you didn't get to put those hours in.
ReplyDeleteI have a sweet tooth too and eat far too much of the sugary things. I'm having most of them out after Christmas and there will be dentures as they are too heavily repaired already and cannot be saved. But that won't stop the sweet wanting. I'll have to make a conscious effort to choose the non sweet option and also not snack after dinner while I watch TV.
ReplyDeleteToday's art is interesting.
All my teeth are sweet ones too! Desserts are my downfall, no doubt about it.
ReplyDelete...I think that many of us eat because of emotions and not hunger.
ReplyDeleteI too love to munch but mostly not on sweet food. Nice art today.
ReplyDeleteAh well, there's always after Christmas, when holiday binge eating guilt kicks in briefly.
