Not much on books or library. I thought I would try to explain the 600 minute reading challenge. Simple it to read a lease 20 minute every day for the entire month of September. And 20 minute for 30 days equal 600 minutes.
Today Regis and I went over to the new walking or hiking park. I let him pick the distance. It wasn't far. But I like to do some walking down there.
Liz is struggling with her depression. She called behavior hospital (mental ward) and see if they were any open bed. Usually when she takes up resident on floor, meaning she struggling with depression.
Not sure of this genetic fact. HEART RATE INCREASE DURING EXERCISE. I haven't ran for ages. My reason my boob is to big and to heavy. I usually take walk on odd days, like today. Part of my walks I try to get a good pace going. On even days I do some exercise. I need to add some weights.
Coffee is on and stay safe
...keep putting one foot in front of the other!
ReplyDeleteI dont run anymore
ReplyDeleteI hope Liz gets some help, we feel bad for her.
ReplyDeleteThat sure looks like a nice place to take a hike, but yes, by all means don't wrong run. We wouldn't want you to injure yourself Dora!!!!! LMAO!!! I like to jog and walk. And split the course between the two. I don't run solely. Unless Im after gin or a man!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI don’t run either.
ReplyDeleteI don't run for the same reason. 600 MINUTES sounds a lot better than 600 HOURS, which is what you wrote last time. 600 minutes is ten hours, very easy to do.
ReplyDeleteThe park looks very pleasant. As long as you get out and about and walk, it will do you good. I don't have boobs but still I don't run.
ReplyDeleteWalking is good for you.
ReplyDeleteHopefully Liz gets the help she needs.
ReplyDeleteI find walking hard right now with my back. But I do swim most mornings and that get the heart rate up nicely.
Any movement is beneficial go slow to start and then as you feel better increase it
I'm glad to hear that Liz seeks help when she needs it. That's a good thing. So many people don't.
ReplyDeleteDepression is tough. I hope Liz gets help. I try to red everyday. I still run but it is harder the older I get. I walk too. It is good exercise which is really good for depression & stress.
