Today Is Monday July 18 2022, This Is What Happen.

We're all not like this in BONNERS FERRY. It right down pitfuly I have know way of known where our community is heading. I'm concern. I'm going to CYANOTYPE CLASS on the 29th. I hope we don't loose our library. I actual enjoy the library.

Went to Murphy to his physical this morning. I usually don't go to the doctor with him. He does fine. I go every so often. But this doctor likes to have someone else come in and give a anther point of view as what I notice. Well I want to bring up a few things. Like he seems not to have much stamina and has to rest after little activity. At time he has muscle cramps that destrub his sleep And his body posture. He leans forward slightly from the hip. She thought he could work on his lower core of his body. She thought physical therapy would benefit him. But we have a few medical bills to pay. Than he can do physical therapy.

Before Murphy had his wellness check, I was wondering if I might need to put in my retirement earlier than I thought. No, I'll keep to the plan at hand.

Work went good, just a regular day.

  2. Did they do a blood test to find out if there is any specific medical problem that might be causing the tiredness? He might be anemic or have low oxygen levels?

  3. Are there any exercises Murphy can do on his own until he can get physical therapy?

It’s raining today. We usually get rain in the spring and fall, and around Halloween, we often see a light skiff of snow here in the valley...
