All went well with the doctor yesterday. Just a follow up. I had this growth on my thyroid. Doctor want to see if it grown or change any. No change. So in year I will have once again look at.
Stop in and seen my son Bart at his work, to wish him happy birthday. I drove up North Central side of Spokane to see my cousin. We had a nice visit. She getting ready for a show first of May at ELLIOTS and her boy friend will be playing music there. Her pieces will be hanging for the entire month of May. If I understand correctly. Her and anther artist friend will be doing a nude art show. I believe it this fall. Trying to find a place for this show.
So I was telling Liz about it. Her and I will probably go to it. Jokingly, I made statement maybe they could go show up in Bonners Ferry. She said people would be there up arms and with picket signs.
Around here I seen some flags flown UPSIDE down. I guess this a good enough place to mention. That I'm not flag waving person. But I take issue with the flag be altered in some fashion. Except when the country adds anther state to union. If you have cause you want strongly believe in such as Black Life Matter, Blue Life Matter, Gay Pride, firefighter, whiskey rebellion, garden, sport team or what every. We all right to free expression. Opinion time...I think they need to be total separate from one home country flag.
Had a few other things I want to post this evening. But had to run to town to new plunger, ours gave up. And the toilet was plug.

ReplyDeleteGood to hear no bad changes to your thyroid. That last piece is interesting art, made from an old plastic bottle. I am not a flag waving person either, but I have got tiny Ukrainian flags in my flower pots. Hope you got your toilet cleared.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I remember from my Girl Scout days, flying a flag upside down is meant to indicate distress. That may not be how they're intending it. Or maybe they are.
