Might not sound all the wowin to most. But compare to daily work on job. It lot more exciting. Yes, wowin is word I made up.
Hubby and I went transfer station for our garbage. Forgot a few items. Light around the deck went out. Knew issue why it didn't work. They was water in bulbs and one wouldn't twist off, so what happen line short out. There couple of lamps out in shed/barn unknown if they work or not. Well if they work they can go to the thrift store. I hope I get chance to go out this weekend and try them out.
Got some of the spring and summer solar lights out. I usual put them on corner of property and corner of the buildings and steps. Not sure if I will get some other or not this year. And around the trees I put out those whirly flower things.
Look at the flower beds and they need a lot work. The one I call my royal flower bed. Like to take out half of it and put in a smaller tree. The sun in the summer just beats on door to the kitchen.
I mainly been working on the scale and perspective that I want to express in this drawing. I believe I will redo the tree, on right side. I will probably let it go off the paper. Everyone should see big tree. So than the creature people can be seen better.
My friend Quenella doesn't have lot of modern things as when comes to computer and things. She want to change her long distance phone service. She has land line. So they send me e-mail and filled form and send it back.

ReplyDeleteBefore you publish your post, if you double click on the photo you don't want it should turn blue, then click on your backspace button and it should disappear. That's how I do it.
ReplyDeleteWith your drawing, maybe start with a blank page and do the tree first, then fill in the background stuff.
I hope you get your deck lights fixed. I would like to see pictures of your twirly flower things.
Gardens are a lot of work, but I'm sure you'll make it pretty. A tree to give some shadow is a good idea! Valerie
ReplyDeleteSpring is such an exciting time of year. You can plan and plant and see it all come to life
ReplyDeleteI’m in autumn and I’m slowing putting all the plants to bed for the winter
It's the time of year when we all have too much work to do in our gardens. Cleaning out the dead from winter gets harder each year. I like little lights in the gardens and yard, but hubby doesn't. Good luck with your planning.
