Work seem to be a little calmer. No, a lot calmer.
Wish I could get more done around the place, but the one bedroom is coming along. I had some quilt block from an exchange. Stuffed in book shelf, and I got them put in a container, for blocks and semi partial quilts.
Found out our neighbors are thinking about selling their home and moving to Sandpoint. They have friends, members of there church(GERMAN BAPIST) down that area, and plus most of his also down in area. Good neighbors they area. If they move I worry who will be moving in. If the do, I hope it not some extreme hate person, the only people they like is white conservative Christians. Actual I would like some one would possible fly rainbow flag.
Been seeing the letters around “F.B.J” and it finely dawn on me; what it actual means. “Fuck Joe Biden” My main would be for leaving the area is because of religion and politics.
Well it been well over month since Regis and Liz seen each other. Actually they have a long friendship history. They known each other well over 30 years. Liz called Regis and want to know if he want to come over, he said yes. The only thing I said “Be careful that neither one of you go down the rabbit hole”
Been playing and experimenting with perspective, for a drawing I want to do for the Brooklyn sketch project.
I do hope you get some good neighbors, it's always risky when someone sells property near you and you don't know what kind of neighbor you'll get? We have excellent neighbors in this community and most have lived here for Generations, so their kinfolk tend to inherit the properties and keep them. One of our neighbors is now in their 80's and I don't know if their grown Sons would keep the property or not when their parents finally pass away? The Sons lately have been having issues and don't have their lives straight, so that could be problematic without the parents being the grounding factor? Like you, Politics and Religion are things that could make me want to avoid some people. It would be nice if a Rainbow Flag Family moved in next door... since, from what you've shared, your State has a lot of the Lunatic Fringe and I couldn't even imagine all my neighbors being of that Cult or any other Cult.

ReplyDeletehope it works out with neighbours, we were lucky with ours. one family were here for 15 years and we became such good friends we took our two families to Florida for a holiday together, the ones in the house now are nice too. We have an annual street party here and everyone gets along - we don't talk politics!
ReplyDeleteI hope you get good friendly neighbours, neighbours able to respect one another. Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteGood for you doing more art.
ReplyDeleteWhen did our politics get so rude and vulgar?
ReplyDeleteI hope you get good neighbours again.
ReplyDeleteGo Brandon means the same as FJB.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend...hope new neighbors are good too.
Hopefully when they move out you get good neighbors.
ReplyDeleteIt's good when work gets calmer. I'm hoping for similar for my work. I hope you get some good neighbors if yours decide to move. Maybe they won't.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get good neighbours.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Calm is so good and it happens the closer you get to retirement.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear work is a bit less stressful. Stress makes work so much harder. I hope you get nice neighbors. I found not all conservative people are hateful. Actually I believe most everyone wants the types of things like safe neighborhoods, employment, good health to name a few.
ReplyDeleteI also hope you get nice neighbours, another option is for you to move to a friendlier area, but since you own your home that will be a huge decision that may or may not work out.
ReplyDeleteDrawing perspective is easy enough to learn and once you "get it" you always remember.
