Today Is Friday March 25 2022, This Is What Happen.

When I drove by neighbor they had a for sale sign. But it isn't listed on any of the real estate sites. Like all place you can look up value. The place is worth around $440,000. I figure by Monday it will totally listed.

Some time because of work, I miss what going on, and sometime I think that is good thing. Hubby catches Idaho debate, what is going on with our state reps, and senate. There been discussion and not sure debates. They want to do away with property taxes, and our state and county government be support by sale tax. Our current rate is 6% and there 13 of them put sale tax on food. Idaho is one of them. I call it a regressive tax. To me, it would be fine to drop off food and have a sale tax of 10% on rest of the items. Each Idaho resident get back a $100 from there state income tax, and that going up $175. The two I take care of get what is called snap, back in day known as food stamps. When they use snap benefits to purchase food, no sale tax is taken out.

Just did the paper work for the C.S.F.P Both Murphy and I are senior. Not long ago I turn 62 and hubby will be 72 in April. At one time they had the C.S.F.P up here. I was told it was transportation thing. Lot of things just don't seem to get up here. Like Courd' Alene and Sandpoint is end of the earth. Than also the SECOND HARVEST MOBLIE MARKET goes to different communities. The sign I seen around looks like the food mobile will be here 6 times this year, and it was here once already.

I doubt my sons wants all my ceramic stuff. But I thought it was the right thing to do, is offer them the molds. Having a ceramic shop just isn't feasible. If my son aren't interested in them. Already heard back from Sawyer. He says he doesn't have the room. I'm offering them the poor table and kilns as well. For them it could be a tax write off. Haven't heard back from Bart. So once I'm down to half time I should be able to focus on molds, or I might just wait until 2023 when I completely retire. So If someone would take most of my molds, and I will take what every they offer me. There some I want personally.

Got home early from work, so wipe the dash of my car. It was dirty. Went back cutting strips for a crochet rag rugs. I think Tuesday I will have Liz put them together. It will give her something to do. Regis got a doctor appointment down in Sandpoint. We will also go to some other places. I know we will stop by library down there. And he want to go to the toy story in mall over sand creek. At this time I just can't come up with anything I need.

Today Artist is ROBERT HUNTER he is from NORTHERN MARIANA ISLAND. Weather been fairly nice, up in the 50's.

Coffee is on and stay safe

  2. I agree with Christine, downsizing is good. Can you advertise the ceramic moulds online? Maybe advertise a package deal with everything for a certain $ amount?

We have a goods and services tax of 10 percent. However there are exemptions, fresh food being the main one.

  5. Sales tax here is 15% but it isn’t on food, thankfully!

  6. You know, the legislature in Oklahoma is going hog wild with all sorts of conservative crap. I just tune it out.

  7. Our sales tax is 10.75% or something like that. But not on food. I hope they don't get rid of property taxes. When our proposition 13 went through, it totally defunded our schools. I was a kid at the time, and I remember it clearly.

  8. Our combined state and local sales tax is 8% but it isn't charged on non-prepared food or prescriptions. Clothing under $110 is exempt from the state tax but not local. It's a sneaky thing when tax is eliminated on one class of belongings because it always has to be made up somewhere, somehow. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
