I haven't meant my average calorie goal, of between 1,600 and 1,800 calories. But last week I was under. But I notice my carbs was up higher than usually.
Fitday has mood board, they cover 7 moods. I won't cover all of them. Let take stress one. I was “Very Stress” just one day. Just one day of being “Stress” three days of being just “neutral” They do have category of being just “Calm” and “Very Calm”.
I as for mood board. I do it different times during the day. Right now I'm a little stress, but it could change. I'm almost at either neutral or calm
I got my battery in my fit bit. And start to keep track of my activities.
Pretty much everyday I think of retirement. I'm sure they will be stressful days. But a different type of stress. Saturday is my Birthday, and I will do a count down on this day, til I go part time.
Murphy and I swap jobs today, well sort of. Last week Regis left his remote for his H.F 10 in Libby Montana, a pot store. So hubby is running him over there. I went and put them on the time clock. And I came back home and doing general house hold chores.
Confession time...The change seems to feel good. A different scenery. I'm thinking of talking to hubby about switch job amount every 3 to 4 months, for a day.
I can't say I'm totally breaking the rules. I'm bending the rules a bit. He getting his services. If I follow every rule. I wouldn't have any conversation with my client. There still human.
Liz is back in her room. At times she cages her self in an area. And won't leave. I don't understand it. But Liz will mental and physically put her self in area. Although she doing projects. And she did come out to hall way and look into a closet, to see if she has a miter box. She want to hang up a cork board in her bedroom. The only way I see to do it is but a corner brace, and attach it the brace. A basic 2 by 2 inch plywood should work.
I text my niece Amy and see if they would be around the month, on weekend. They will be around except the last weekend of the month.
Amy got a bachelor in drama. And her husband Sam isn't much of going to culture things. In past she mention she misses attending them. My area there not much culture here that I'm into. They have a DEMOLITION DERBY and which is quite popular.
My husband enjoys different things like this. But he having more trouble getting around. Hard floors bother him. I'm guessing the Urban Art center floor would be cement.
Most of day there was slight breeze.
Today artist is SYBIL GIBSON who from ALABAMA
I have been using Command sticker tapes to hold up a very large frame on my wall - they take weights up to 7.2k depending on size, you stick the tape to the wall in four corners, the other side to the back of the picture, push them together and it's done - they pull off too so no marks (I am afraid of making holes in walls) it works. Amazon do them. Nice that you fiddled the routine to get a different day/change of scenery - rules are for breaking.

ReplyDeleteA change is as good as a holiday, is a saying here - do you have similar? A wee bend of the rules are fine (as long as insurance is compromised!) for mental welfare. I am sure the client/s appreciate that too.
I don't even want to think of my calorie count these days. Definitely I am high on carbs. Too long since I commented, sorry - I do read, just got so many to get through! Stay strong Dora, each day past is another day closer to that retirement!!! YAM xx
Happy upcoming birthday!!

ReplyDeleteChange is good for you
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to be able to change things around. What is an H.F 10 and why would Regis take the remote to a store?
ReplyDeleteI'm not fussed about culture, I'm happy to just stay home.
