Keeping track of my well being. Sort of. No, not sort. It was done half ass this week. I been struggling with anxiety and depression.
Both of them will kick in at same time. No fun and it getting bit tiring. But I don't fall into deep hole of either one. I can function. Like hold job down and be responsible and things get done.
Fit day has a “Mood Log” it covers happiness, stress, anger, energy, clarity, hunger, and health. My mood change though out the day. So I don't do it at same time each day.
So last week when it comes to hunger, I had: 0 days of very hungry, 2 days of hungry, neutral 0, Satisfied O, and 1 day of very satisfied.
Forward on!
Regis isn't eating. As long as I been with him, his eating habits are something to be desired. But I'm starting to notice he doesn't eat well at home.
We went over to the kootenai inn, I had taco salad. He had some fries. Usually in last month I don't think his daily calorie count has even been up to 500.
Trying to get him to see nutritionist. But if he was diabetic he would of gotten in. I'm going to suggest to his doctor and him. That maybe a food app would be something helpful.
No today artist, not much to say. Will share two more artist piece from trip to Spokane.
Coffee is on and stay safe
I hope you feel better soon.
