When I got home from work, I forgot a few things that I need to bring to town. Regis had a morning doctor appointment, 9 this morning. Woke up at 7 and had cup of coffee. Breakfast was yogurt and chicken hearts. Needed to bring in a few items for both my clients. I forgot them. I was push on time. I load them up already so I wouldn't forget them.
Liz ex husband, well one of them is visiting her. I think they still have feeling for each other. Can't say he great looking. But his personality shine though.
Not trying to make judgement call. He has a addiction issue. Before I go on about his. It would be best if I let mine be known. "I have food addition" although there nothing illegal about mind. But being over weight has it health issues. High Blood Pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, Osteoarthritis, many cancers, heart disease, and others. There is some links between MENTAL ISSUES of weight, which includes emotional and other factors.
Well let me get back to Liz, ex-husband Laim. She wants to have sex with him. He been doing illicit drugs for ages. And over the years it will cause erectile dysfunction. She looking Viagra or something close. I'm not even sure if it will work or not.
Start to re-start FIT DAY didn't do my calorie count. But I'm not changing my calorie count from time before. I'm keeping it between 1600 and 1800 calories. I had kept my calories in that range. I tend to loose and wasn't hungry. Today I did the weight goal, set up goal for this month. mood tracker, and nutritional part. The calorie count is mention above. And water amount 60oz a day.
For dinner we're having taco salad. I got a few things in Safeway. Ended up spending 14 dollars. Well it actual was 13 something and I round it up to 14. At this time Safeway is donating to local food bank here, and I round my purchases up. I donated twenty eight cents. First thing they rang up was graham crackers a 12.2 ounces (345g) for $4.29 and last thing that was rang up Mint Chocolate Yogurt It looks like 4 ounce container. (113g) Regular price is $1.49. But I use what every like rewards and coupons to bring the price down.
I hear we're in for anther snow storm, some where between tonight and tomorrow morning. It look we could get 8 to 24 inches of snow (20 to 60 c) depending on elevation. I live actual up on bluff and the bluffs in area seems to around 2,500 feet about sea level.
I decide to link artist by each state. I'm starting with 1st state, which is DELWARE and artist is JEFFERSON DAVID CHALFANT
Coffee is on and stay safe
Liz and Regis, you're gonna miss them when you retire...maybe not. I hope the snow storm isn't too bad.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like Liz needs to not see that ex of hers.
ReplyDelete...your caseload is a challenge.
ReplyDeleteYoghurt and chicken hearts is an odd combination to me.
ReplyDeleteEnjoying your artists.
ReplyDeleteLiz and Regis sound like a handful
ReplyDeleteYour elevation is about 760 metres. That is high enough here to get occasional snow some years.
ReplyDeleteI suppose if Liz and her ex can do it once and it doesn't cause problems in their lives, why not. I think that is what Viagra is designed to help with and I've heard it is quite effective.
More snow in the mountains here too but snow level going way up so the forecasters say with the melt, more flooding.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you have challenging clients. I think your retirement life will not be so interesting without your clients.
ReplyDeleteGlad you got some supplies. Hopefully your snow storm isn’t too extreme
ReplyDeleteStay safe and warm
My respect, you have a hard job. And you´re very tolerant. They will miss you when you retire.
ReplyDeleteLove the artist's paintings today! Valerie
ReplyDeleteChicken hearts for breakfast is new to me. Haha, I wonder if you mean real chicken hearts or it is a name for something else? The painting of the violinist has much detail. The coming snow storm sounds terrifying to me since I have not even seen falling snow before. Stay safe
ReplyDeleteI’m with kestrel. Chicken hearts for breakfast is new to me too. Ever knock it until you’ve tried it!
ReplyDeleteStay safe in the storm!
ReplyDeleteChicken hearts....yikes, my Grandmother ate those when I was a kid, but the idea of it always grossed me out. Good luck with your diet. I don't calorie count, but am trying to increase my activity. Had done well with it until the last couple of months when the weather turned ugly...so now doubling my efforts. Did a bike ride and planks yesterday. And when I get off the computer will do planks and meeting a friend for a walk later. One day at a time.
ReplyDeleteSandy's Space
I am stumbling over breakfast -- yogurt and WHAT?
ReplyDeleteWe haven't seen much snow here. Have the ex go to lemonaidhealth.com
ReplyDeleteThat is a lot of snow. Ours is all melted. I hope for more real winter. Wet and mud is no fun.
ReplyDeleteLove chicken hearts and gizzards.
I'm really enjoying all of the snow we've gotten down here in the valley. Also, I now want some taco salad. Sounds sooo yummy.
ReplyDeleteI never heard of Fit Day. I know calorie counting seems to work for me but I don't like doing it. You are so right about obesity. It is linked to cancer & heart disease. I have lost many family members to cancer so I am working on losing the weight. Hope the storm doesn't dump as much snow as predicted.
