Today Is Sunday May 31 2020, This Is What Happen

Had every intention to make a few masks, and last night I got them cut out. Except for the middle piece. I use interfacing and open the package of what order. Way to heavy. So it going to be send back.
Started to work on my next page for the sketch book project. It will be collage, having no trouble finding war photos. But I am having trouble finding non war photos. Collage is from era of 1940 to end of 1950's.
Our local library will be opening Monday. I know I won't be going be going in on Monday or Tuesday both full days.
So possible Wednesday or Thursday. Not sure how it will be ran, because of Covid 19.

End of the month weigh in, let say I pretty much didn't gain in month of May. It seem I pretty much balance back forth, 1.25 pounds.
This morning I was want to be at or around 202, I wasn't. At 203.8
My next weigh in will be June 2 and my goal is to be at or under 200 pounds.

Part of our emotional is how we behave and act. Fitday has an mood tracker. This would average mood for month of May.

My goal is to keep my calorie count between 1,600 and 1,800. What notice I do loose at this calorie range. I don't feel hungry.
For this month my daily average 1,793 calories.
My other goals is to drink 40 oz of water daily. If I start before let say 10 in morning and continued on I do meet my goal.
I do have a fitbit so I can keep track of my steps. But for some reason I am not consisted at all this. My daily goal is 7,500 steps.

Last Friday Liz and I went over to one of her friends place. And she had a few things she want Liz to go though. Mainly clothing.
She gave me a purse. 
And Liz ended up giving me a few pieces of the clothing she got. Couple of them our going back they don't fit me. To tight around the chest.
Usual have my stones and charms in little bag attached my purse, but I can't find my bag. 

Been doing research on microphone. And such glad I did, my camera doesn't have a audio jack, and also thought of getting a shotgun microphone and I just don't see how to mount a shotgun mic to my camera.

  1. That's a good calorie count on my opinion...just get some exercise with the intake & it should work with weight loss. Imho

    Your weight sounds better in metric, 92 kilos. 1.2 litres of water a day is a lot. Maybe too much unless it is hot and you are in the heat. If your camera can takes videos, doesn't it record sound with the video?

  12. There's a bottle that has time marked on it. You fill it early, and then you should hit various points at various times of the day. It's a way to make sure you get all your water drunk. Perhaps something like that would help?
