There day I'm not sure what to blog about. But since it my blog I can post about anything I need or want to.
Liz is going tough a ruff patch and I wish there was magic snap of fingers and that all it would take.
I get depress but I have to say I have no major mood swings, that hangs on for days or even week. That I can't function.
Over at fitday there part in mood section. I am ask about clarity. And choices are Very Clear Minded, Clear Mind, Neutral, Confused, and Very Confused. Only once I marked Neutral only once, and the rest of the time I marked Clear Minded.
Been keeping my calorie count in my personal limits. But water and exercise I been lacking in. And been marking off in my bullet journal.
Almost half way though my book. I am reading, BULLET JOURNAL METHOD, not quite half way though it.
There the term migration in this book, which is simple moving a task to a different time area. Such as a monthly task to daily task.
But if a monthly task might take more one day. One could break down to a two project example. Cleaning out "chicken coop. First day remove old straw and then two days put in new bedding.
But the other term they use is "Threading" as in this book it to move and or continue the index on anther page.
Wouldn't this be also migration.
Confession time...I am disappointed in my perm. But the last one I liked it was fun. This morning my hubby said he didn't care for it. Ok I wasn't to plan to get anther perm after this one. My hair needs to relax once this one grows out.
I don't mind honest criticisms. The only thing I said I will take your feeling and opinions into consideration.
If I had burger or something on tip of my nose I would want someone to tell me. But if I don't remove it and it is my choice.
Well nothing more to say.
Coffee is on

Sorry to hear about the perm
ReplyDeleteOh, hair. I lost a third due to wrong medication and mine is so thin anyways. I feel with you. Glad your hubby is by your side! (As mine also, lucky us)
ReplyDeletesorry your perm didn't come out the way you wanted it. When I was much younger I used to do a very curly perm, and when I look at those photos now....I looked like a poodle.
ReplyDeleteIt's Friday, so I'm confused. By tonight, I'll be very confused. There's something about the end of the week...
ReplyDeleteI'll never forget the perm that made my baby-fine hair look like a Brillo pad. So happy that permanents are not permanent.
ReplyDeleteI was disappointed when I had a perm once a long time ago. It looked alright on the day, but nobody told me I wasn't supposed to use a regular comb or brush so the next morning when I combed my hair it was all just a big fluffy mess. I never got another one.
