Going On In My Stage

I went to my T.O.P.S meeting yesterday and I lost a pound and fourth for the week.
So far I lost a hair over 12 pounds.
But I have to say I fell off the wagon until dinner.
On Tuesday I take Faith shopping and one of the place we went was quality farm and garden
They have a freezer thing in there. I just had to take a peak in there. They had Eskimo ice cream sandwiches.
Which is fairly close to one of my favorite items, which are those ice cream sandwiches, made with chocolate chip cookies.
Well I did ok and even went shopping at the other place and came home and had a cup of ice cream a mug of it (8oz) I guess it could be a lot worst.

I notice we’re gaining color in flowerbeds now just slowly my grape hysthenin is starting to show it’s color.

I been thinking of doing some intervention on behalf of my step mother in law. Her daughter moved and is causing grief and far as I know emotional and verbal abuse toward her mom. No physical abuse to the best of my knowledge.
Her daughter and her partner move up here from Oregon and was going to live with her mom for a short time period.
Well that short time period is well over due.
I’ve known them to be rude to her guest and chase off her guess. Cussed her upside and down anther.
I know she wants her daughter out by end of July. One of my ex cousin in law married he her nephew has been helping with the situation.
I’m thinking of give my one cousin a call and telling her about an agency here that one can report elderly or people who disable and being abused.
I once thought of calling it for an ex client of mind. Her sister was steeling her medication.
So I figure it would be best to get hold of my cousin she knows more and been involved with it and knows more then anyone else.
What truly going on.
