INCHES
I been trying to become more healthier and I been keeping track of the inches I lost.
Some of course I gain or I don’t remember how I measured.
I don’t recall if I measured my boobs with a bra or not.
I took a minute and looked at my fitday and I somehow got my measurement mix up (fitday is on my side bar)
Well I lost 2 inches around my belly and .75 inches around my biceps
Well I try to stick to a diet once or twice, but it turned out to be a disappointment. Good luck!

Good for you for losing some inches!! I need to get motivated and start exercising and dieting, just don't seem to have any willpower at the moment! Ugh! I was gone shopping last night and trying on some clothes...NOT a pretty sight! lol xoxo
