Next week theme is Shoes

Actual I knew what I want to do with this week theme.

But a lot better way to eat and Idaho spud Candy.
You have 3 guess what I’m doing with this Candy. Ok I’ll just tell you I’m giving one away and if you like a chance to win let me know and most have an e-mail address.
The drawing ends at midnight on Saturday the 17th

  4. I've never seen that candy either. The drawing is a nice idea but I'm trying to eat less candy, actually less in general, so I'd better pass. Hope you have a great weekend.

  5. A very unusual candy concept. Are those "eyes" on the package? I don't know what you are doing with the candy bar, but good luck with the contest. You can see my Canadian candy offering by clicking here. – Margy

  8. Idaho Spud candy is a new one on me as well. Must be a regional thing? I would like to sample something like that but I had gastric bypass surgery to lose weight (almost 200 pounds thus far lost) two years ago and I've avoided sugars since then with very few exceptions. If I consume too much sugar, I will get a case of "dumping syndrome" which suffice to say is quite unpleasant. This is something all gastric bypass patients will get from time to time from eating too much, eating too fast, consuming too much sugars or carbs, and sometimes from foods that just don't sit well. It's not life threatening and usually lasts only about 20 minutes, but it's no fun.

BTW, there is a store here in Tallahassee that stocks some hard-to-find imported candy mostly from Great Britain, Belgium and Japan and another little store just up the road in Havana, Florida (an antique shop mecca if you’re ever in the area) that sells British foods including plenty of candy. And there are several Oriental markets in the area with plenty of Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese candies.

I've got my PhotoHunt entry up at http://www.anniemayhem.com/cgi-bin/wordpress/ in case you're interested. If you do visit, please leave a comment and feel free to explore the rest of my little blog.

  10. What's in that candy, Peppy? Looks really interesting! I wonder if it would melt if it were shipped across the nation?
