On a nice sunny morning I like to take my cup a coffee and converse with nature. This morning on the power line sat a robin and to east of me I heard some birds a chirping.
A set of our birch trees was waving it leaves in fluttering matter.
The robin did leave and a hummingbird sat in place of the robin.
The sky was wide open not a cloud for me to see.
This is my favorite place to also pray to Father Sky and Mother Earth

Just got off work and I’m playing two meme

So every Friday Wiggers World host a sky watch and I deiced to do three this time.

The first one is a wind chime. Now I have it hanging from a sport cable for the power pole at first I had in one of our trees and my hubby is real pick what happen to his trees.
For some reason it doesn’t charm there so we are thinking about hanging it from the eves of house.

I picked these at the church rummage sale a while back ago. I heard of them being called Tibetan peace flags and also pray flags.
I laid under them and took a picture of them.

Every year during the warmer months we hang up hummingbird feeder in front of our large window and Ziggy the cat just loves or maybe I should say it irritate him

I haven’t done Friday Fill in for a while so I thought I would give it a shot
1. For me following the rules to a “T” is the opposite of creativity.
2. The good earth was the last excellent book I read.
3. I like fill-ins because it express my self, creative, fun and we learn about each other.
4. In nature I like looking at water coming off of the mountains
5. Ok Hillary should win the US elections.
6. The last time I laughed with all my belly was So long ago but my style of laugh changed
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward Watch the news on PBS tomorrow my plans include Barbque and Sunday, I want to have fun

Today One Of My Job Is To Vote.

On Tuesday Skittles host a thing called Heads or Tails and this week flip of the coin is Tails and the theme is Tell about a job you have or had Next week topic is Royal.

I was going to post about a job I wish I were doing.
But I decided to post what I thinking it a very important job am to vote in our election we have in United States.
Today is Idaho primaries and I feel it everyone duty to go a vote.
As how well I’ll pick any winners in Idaho. Honest time…I real don’t have high hopes in picking in winners
Idaho is very conservative republican state and for primary one will have to vote straight ticket and what I do I try to find the most liberal republican I can fine.
Not many of them get elected here in Idaho.

Prediction time…Those who vote in Idaho democrat in primaries Obama will get 3 votes to Clinton 1. Then in the General election McCain if he runs against Obama he will get 92% of vote.
But if it Clinton McCain will get 95% against Clinton
Now if we increase our war effort in the Middle East who knows how the general election will turn out but at this time I stand with my prediction

Memorial Day Changes

Wishing time…I wish we celebrate Memorial Day Differently I find it a cheap holiday that one goes and buy those cheap plastic flowers and sticks them on graves.
Yes and I’m guilty of it too.

Bart and I went up to Grandview to place some flowers on a few graves. Between Murphy and I would have to cover 15 graves for family members.
I stuck flowers on my parents that are buried together and one on Murphy mom and his dad.
I know quite a few people buried up at Grandview and I would tell Bart a little bit about that person history

I actual like some other country or different faiths on how they remember there dead here most of us goes once a year to a cemetery and place flowers on grave.
I think we should have one day a year to set up a memory for those who gone before us.
I never knew Murphy mom but I understand that she liked to read “Classic Books and have a display of her favorite books or have picture sense of that book.
Murphy dad real got into picture taking of birds and had interest in outdoors artifacts display some artifacts he found.
My mom always likes one or two lines of wisdom. Place a list of them. One of the things she made caramel pie and give free bites for those who visit her memory stand.
As for my dad he loved to fish and had quite a bit of fishing tackle enough to decorate a Christmas tree.
I know closes celebration we have to this Samhain but I know a lot of people who uncomfortable with spirits and ghost.
If it not a Christian base holiday places it with worshiping the devil.
I think their better ways of recalling or letting others know about the ones that passed over then putting cheap plastic flowers on grave.
It could be held up at a local cemetery and have potluck

Bart and I went over to the older part of the graveyard. Didn’t spend much time here.
I’m not sure who been buried here the longest.
I know my great grandma Cynthia, and her granddaughter Fay is buried and one of Fay son Peter is in old part.

Blogging Dislike..Not Many

This month knowledge I’m seeking is.
1. What difficult problems you have with blogging and or what don’t you like about blogging?

Lack of know how I see quite a few blogs and I see a lot of feature “I find real cool” and would like to add them.
I’m not even sure what a feed is.
The time it takes to blog. Now I put a time limit that I would set blogging.
Out here the only thing real available is dial up. “I’m waiting for the day some type of high speed comes out here”
Three things bothers me about bloggers. I know I can’t change the world.
I have hard time with bloggers who have comments on there blog such as “Comment moderation has been enabled. All comments must be approved by the blog author” Statement time…to me there saying I have to approve of you before you leave a comment…No one should leave a nasty message on a person blog but I don’t see what wrong not seeing eye to eye
When you don’t like someone blog or something they post and you e-mail them about it.
Statement time…I find this being on chicken shit side. If you find a blog that’s offensive to you and actual you don’t need to e-mail them about it.
Just click away.
If you don’t see eye to eye on something they said and you want to leave a comment. Say I don’t see it your way and explain why. No need for name calling
I never carried for clicks in any form in pass and still don’t. I even see some blogs if you don’t make there list. They snub you.
I sure can take small steps to make the world a better place

It seems like the garden is in slow mode at this time. It been windy and wet here in North Idaho.
It might be in slow mode but still things are changing around the place.

Iris are starting to open up but still most of them our in bud stage.
My friend Quenella gave to me and I planted it in my “Royal Sunshine Flower Bed”
The tulips in that bed is finishing up now

This here is one of my favorite flowering tree it called a snow apple. It doesn’t produce any fruit

Here some type of apple blooms. Just don’t recall it name.
This one actual have tiny little apples on it and the birds just love it

Few smaller events in garden life is going on. The sunflowers are up and I bought some Lilly and Dahlias to plant.
When the dahlias are in bloom it known as the flower of harvest and majority of us Northern Hemisphere is thing about finishing the harvest and wind down the garden season.

I almost thought of passing this week theme. I don’t have tons of shoes. I have wide feet and I have trouble finding shoes that doesn’t give me the squeeze.
At one time I use to wear spike heels but now if I tried to wear something like that I would fall flat on my ass.
Now I usual just wear tennis shoes.
Confession time…I should get a pair of dress shoes

I bet your now wonder what I actual going to use for this week theme. Some Creature doesn’t wear shoes.
At this time the cows are put in the summer pasture and they don’t have shoes on but hoofs and they ware the same one

Sky Watch Friday

During the First part of the week I notice this dark cloud in East. As the Sun was sitting in West it some how picked up some pink light.
No Storm or anything devolved from this cloud

Not Much Time To Say It All

My transmission went out on my car and it had to be towed home and I understand a transmission for my Mazda is about two grand.
Actual my car isn’t even worth that now.
So I have a few alternative ways of fixing my vehicle choices

I decided to do a change on my blog with a new template. I didn’t get everything put on yet..
My coffee pals are underneath and I would rather have it on the sidebar. I just don’t see getting much done over last two days.
Slow as I am with fingering computer and bloggy stuff out. Lot of it trail and error.

In and Out of Town Some New and Old

I thought I would try to catch all of you on the doings in my neighborhood and some would even might call it gossip

Well my Uncle Bob who is 90 and would have been my mom oldest brother was or still is in the hospital and actual he is on the sour side.
When I was younger and my grandparents were still alive for Thanksgiving a least we would all get together.
Even my Uncle Bob and Aunt Ulanda would show up with there 3 boys.
Honest time…I actual miss those big family dinner
well once my Grand father died we still had those big dinner but my Uncle Bob and Aunt Ulanda refused to show up anymore.
My Grandma moved in a place called the Restorium here and not once did they every came to visit her.
I knew my Uncle Bob showed up to the July Family reunion that we had here. Which I believe was a few years back now.
But his wife or boys didn’t.
Uncle Bob was ill and had to be place in a nursing home for a short time and his wife refuse to let any of his sibling to know ware he at.
So one day my Uncle told one of his younger sisters Penny.
“That one of his sons could buy out the hole son of bitchin surname of our family.
Well I know that’s far from the truth.
His grand daughter is getting married and none of us who are have the same DNA as uncle Bob got invited.
His wife side did and the brides’ mother side did.

Oh well it take more energy to be bitter and sour then to be happy and joyful

I haven’t seen Tadita for ages and I saw her with her new boyfriend in BTC the other day and they seem happy and we actual said “Hi” to each other

The 27th of March we will be having a primaries in Idaho and every so often we have a crack pot running for county commissioner.
Well this guy is just plan I don’t know what word to even use.
He worked at the sawmill with my hubby and said “He felt know pain because he took two baby aspirin”
There once at mill by the burner was some girlie magazine and he told people that he made was porn star in San Diego and he thought the men or the people keep there clothes on in porn.
One day a long time ago I was doing Laundry and hopeful new county commissioner came in and started to load up the front washer and as he was loading the last one up he started to take off his clothes and put them is the washing machine and I just stood there in plain sight he took every thing off excepted his dirty long john.
I wonder me being there stop in from taking off his long John or he just didn’t see me standing there

Question Answered

Friday the 16th I open my blog to ask any question and I said Monday the 19th I would answer them.
So I got two question.

The first question was from Saoirse and her question was this
I need first time gardening tips. Do you have any you can share?
Don’t over whelm your self and I would start on the small side. Maybe try growing a few vegetables in a small plot. I’m a big fan of box or square foot gardening.
Getting the boxes ready takes a lot of work but once there in your work time will be a lot less.
I like to grow a few things in containers or pots. Two of my container project is an old walk behind fertilizer spreader that my parents had and we are planting flowers in and I’m putting tomatoes in a cedar boxes that someone was cleaning out a shed and they gave them to me.
One book I recommend is Square Foot Gardening By Mel Bartholomew.
Spokane extension as some may think there just for 4-h but they are here to serve the community.
And I know the one up here offers a master garden classes and sometime a day class on a certain subject.
And if you have any question they should be able to answer it or direct you to someone who can.

My next question came from nio of Hollowing Hill and her question was
How did you and Murphy meet? How long did you date before you married?
It was the summer when I was 19 in 1979 and I came up to a family reunion and my mom was planning to move back up to North Idaho.
At that time I wasn’t about to move to some town that was living a 100 years in pass.
But I came up to the reunion and some of my cousin want to know if I want to smoke some pot and then I did quite a few different drugs and yes I did.
So we took off and I went up to my cousin house and their this guy (Murphy) living with my cousin.
We were introduce I thought nothing of it.
But he liked my ass and my ambitions.
So I went back to Spokane and shortly after he moved out of my cousin place because she was having minor party there.
Then a few years later I got burn out and moved back to my mom place and in little later on I believe in few years I was visiting my cousin who he once lived with.
He came over and was going to take her out for dinner and he ask if I want to come along and I tried to nicely excuse my self but she said you might as well come.
So he took us out to Chinese food and my cousin doesn’t like to rock the boat and asked him to pick something for her.
And I told him “I got my own money and I don’t need to damm man picking for me” well we ate and he drops off my cousin.
And we went out and we went back to his place and we went and had sex.
“Don’t I sound like a slut”
Live together for 5 years and we forgot birth control and I became pregnant. We got married July 2 of 1988.
So this July we will be married 20 years but we lived 5 years together so that makes 25 years.
No it wasn’t been always a piece of cake

It Royal Day

The hostess for Green Thumb Sunday is feverish thoughts and stop in at there blog roll to see and visit other gardeners

Things don’t always go as I plan. I didn’t want a big garden but I want or I thought we need more.
Every time I go in the store it seem like every time I turn around that food is higher and higher.
But I have done more this year then last

Every year we plant a hanging Geranium always I plant a deep dark red one.

Red geraniums in a pot, near a witch's cottage, warn of approaching visitors by their movements. The flowers become magically charged, pointing in the direction of the approaching strangers. (Let's face it, anyone who's out and about and approaching a witch's cottage has got to up to no good. Witch's cottages are not your typical Sunday stroll destination; a witch needs to be warned.)

I don’t know if this real makes two hoots or not. I always hang a geranium by my front door. Also I heard that geranium keeps out evil spirit so does that mean I need to get 3 more and put them by my other doors.

I don’t know what it is but every year I end up dropping the pot which the geranium goes in.

The Black Cherry tree I believe is one of my hubby favorite trees and the bees sure been busy by it

More things are coming to bloom in my royal sunshine flower bed Question time..I wish I knew how to get all of a certain flowers to bloom at the same time? My yellow tulips are farther then my purple ones.

It been a nice and sun shining day so I planted some Sunflower under Bart window, planted a reddish color violet out in my patriotic flower bed Honest time…That is sure a hard bed to take care of
I got out two cedar planters, which are 13 inches long by a little over 7 inches across.
They are 8 inches in deep.
We are thinking of putting tomatoes in them.
I was hoping to have more ready for gardening then I did but I’m actual more prepare then last but I found this site about bucket gardening and if we look around I bet we can find some neat things to plant in

We got Daisy a new ball but she keeps bring up what left of her old ball

The Lady On The Hill

I even may nuts or something.

Yesterday on my blog I said I never thought that I had any signs or feeling that at one time I had a past life or I recycled though.
I had something appear to me three times although they said not a word.

Please excuses my drawing but this is sort of the women appeared to me.
I would guess she might have been in her earlier 40 and I worn face from what I would guess is being out in elements.
Wore a dark gray heavy skirt down to her boots and her boots had scuffmarks on it.
She wore a dark blue sweater more to a navy color.
That looks like it has grass stubbles on it possible wheat, barley, oats or something.
I never see her hair because I’m guessing it covered by her bright color scarf of purple and pinks, which ties in front.
She appears standing on a rolling grass hill and never says anything. Honest time…I didn’t try to communicated with her because I am afraid
Actual she a little thicker then what I drew in the picture.
Anyone have any ideal what this may be?.

Monday when I went to work my client Donna was in bed and I was putting my lunch in her fridge and I notice their was some flowers and card address to me.
I open the card and it told me how well I’m appreciated for all I do

Past Life Regression

Did you watch the Oprah about past life regression.
I’ve never felt like I lived here before or any type of what I would call a recycled life.
My past relatives or friends that are now deceased has never contacted me in any form.
I have friends that believes that they have had past lives and been in communication with friends or family members who went on the other side

I’ve seen what I strongly believe were spirits and I was typing out what I seen and some how I lost what I typed and maybe later on if I get a chance I’ll redo it statement time..ugh it total flustering when one loose something.

Heads or Tail (Tom Dick or Harry)

I was going to sit this head or tail out.
At first I couldn’t think of any thing with meaning behind it.
But last Sunday the 11th it dawn on me.

I have this phobia. Confession time…I’m terrible afraid to entertain guess because I figure that I won’t pass their judgments
It doesn’t matter what Tom, Dick or even Harry came over. Right before I get terrible butterflies in my stomach and the only reason someone is coming to see me is to judge me and score my domestic skills or anything else.

Confession time…A desire of mine is to have different people over as guest but I’m scared to.

Well over the weekend it was our Spring Mud Bog and two of our Nephew family went to Mud Bog plus our boys.
I thought Sawyer was going to bring some of his friends up for Mud Bog and I said Sunday that I would do a barbeque for them and now I’m think “ I’m not good enough and once they leave they would be laughing at me”
So mainly Murphy and I decided to have a barbeque with Murphy family and there were 12 people and 2 dogs.
Actual maybe it was a good thing that I was busy on the barbeque that I didn’t have time to wonder if they were judging or scoring me in since of the word.
After everyone left I was surprise how it all went smoothly. Then I told Murphy I wouldn’t mine having guess over every so often.
Confession time..I actual enjoyed entertaining my guess

But still there is phobia that it doesn’t matter who the Tom, Dick or Harry is I do have a phobia about entertaining, but I did make a step forward

Nothing To Heavy

There been a few smaller items I’ve found via web or blogs. That I found interesting and or fun to be part of. One I found off of saoirise sidebar called Million Blog List a blogospere experiment.
They say their 70 Million blogs out in world. “I know I won’t every visit that many” and this list started April 10th of 2008 and I’m number 1407.
I also thought Wiki Blog Directory “The Open Blog Directory” I haven’t yet post mine here.
Simple I’m not sure if one limited to one. Statement time…I just don’t like to be limited to one category but I know they have to be bounds Maybe I a little later I should see if I can list my self under 5.

I’ve sort of played around with Spock “The worlds most accurate people search” I was funny and I put in different names and I found out there quite a few people listed not sure were they get there info.
But I can figure out some volunteer gave out there info. But on the other hand some didn’t.
I put my name in and I poop up.
Plus I put a few tags or keywords in and got some interesting results. Or put in an area and see what comes up.
At this time I don’t know how far I want to adventure on this.

Dirt and More Dirt

Saturday Morning I woke up with my head stuffed up and my head felt like it had 10 pounds of crud in it.
So most of Saturday I took it easy. Well yea I did a few smaller task around the place

During the weekend they had the Mud Bog out in Moyie Spring area. It happen twice a year here
Years past it got a lot of advertisement and it brought business to our local merchants profit and this year none of the paper or radio station picked it up.
Even in groceries stores it usual have a big sign saying ”WELCOME MUD BOGGERS but this time, nothing.
Around here they don’t want any type of growth or events that could bring in money to local economy Statement time…I know all town needs income coming in to support our little town but I have no desire to make it in to a major city either
Personally statement..I never been to mud bog but I have nothing against it but I would rather see more culture event in our area
I heard attendees was down I think it was from lack of advertisement and the price of fuel

I only did a little bit this week toward gardening I took a spot below Bart Window to put in a roll of sunflowers.
I’ve heard that sunflowers below a window means fertility. “No I’m not hurry my boys to reproduce” but I wonder if reflection off the window have something to do with growing sunflowers.

I went out and planted a very and mean a very short roll of spinach at end of my strawberries that I was short on plants and I would guess I planted about two 18 inches of spinach.

My son Sawyer came up for the mud bog and he brought me some 6X2 in fairly long lengths and I wish there was more but I’m thankful for what he could get and if my math is right I should be able to built three 4x4 boxes

This time I tried something different in style I took this picture.
I place a sandwich bag over the camera lens and sat it on our front steps.
I was going to face it better well do west.
But I liked the lens facing our mailbox, and the fertilizer spreader which will become a flowerpot.
A cross the road is cow pasture so during the summer about 15 to 30 head of cattle grazes out there.

I personal try to look people as individual and we all have a our wonderful and not so wonderful traits.
So my client Donna who take care on my job real bothered me something she said. “It ok to be prejudice against personal likes and dislikes.
That didn’t bother me because at times something just rubs me the wrong way.

I never came out and said in no direct term what my faith may be and she to conclusion that I’m a christen and she built this on her own.
Well she thinks and states in so few words that other faith such as Judaism, Buddhism, Mormonism, paganism, Rastafri, and etc non Christianity and are influence by the devil and these people who uses one of this faith are playing with devil worship or witch craft.
Statement time…I finding out how narrow minded Christian and Islamic are toward mainly other faiths
I know if she found out that I’m not her ideal of a Christian I would be fired. And here the thing one person our local chief police and his wife our Christian and I know little deep dark secrets about them which I don’t believe any faith would look kindly on to.

I don’t look at any certain faith is always the right answer but if one choose a certain faith I don’t fault them actual I’m happy for them.

I like my personal relationship with god/dess and which I feel comfortable with.
Confession time…I read different books or I should say hit and miss tad bits of different believes. I’m far from an expert on any one faith.

30 Days With Out Pay.

One day my dad went to his regular job for the railroad and he was a conductor, so he was a supervisor.
Well that fright train was going up over the Canadian border not sure if the train went though Eastport or Porthill crossing.
The train made to border and it had to stop at customs and had to be inspected unknown how long that would take.
So my dad told the crew that they were going to take lunch as train was going to be inspected.
Because once the train got going again he didn’t see the opportunity for a lunch break but the crew haven’t worked for the full four hours.
They went for lunch and went back on the train

In few days my mom went to Spokane Yard to get my dad and I was with her when she picked him up.
He looked at her and said I was fired for 30 days with out pay, someone snitch on me about taking an early lunch.
Of course he said they might have to take some money out of savings and I remember my mom getting this horrible freighting look on her face. That they might take few dollars out of their saving account.
Then my father said I might as well go fishing and that even more frighten my mom.
See my mom just tighten the money belt a lot more and Confession Time…Some time my mom attitude toward money sometime was right down disusing
So in 30 days my dad was back on the job

New Blog Hunt

I started a group. “I guess that’s a good term to use” over at and it called” anything goes.”
You can judge by it name what it consist of what every.

So I’ll start out with a basic questions a two parts.

1. What type of blogs do you like to read?
2. Where do you fine them?

Ok, I better answer my own question if I expected anyone else to.

“I actual like to read all sorts of different blogs. Personal Thought…I find wide varity of blogs I read the more understanding I have a deeper understanding in world

Now how I find them. Sometime I don’t even understand my own madness. Someday I feel like going to my coffee pals and saying I’m going to look at the 3rd person who left a comment.
Like last Saturday was photo Hunt and I have my regular ones I look at. But anyone who name of blog that began with a letter “T” and I went to visit and see how many “T” I could fine until I ran out.
Sometime I put in search to see what I can fine such places as google blog search

Now I like to now give two assignment to try to met new blogger and I know some may not be able to the second one.
But if you can do it or something close, great

go to google search engine as there is a link up above and put in any word you like and visit that blog and post your findings

My word I choose was “Mud bog” and it took me to Ms M who is free lance writer.

Heads or Tails (Mother)

This week theme is Mother and next week theme is also head and the writing theme is Any Tom, Dick or Harry. “Sound interesting”

My mom name was Myra Florence McCalmant and she grew up as dust bowl kid.
She came from Minatare Nebraska near Scottsbluff the family left in 1937 and came to the Bonners Ferry area.
My mom was name after her grandma Middle name Cynthia “Myra” Brunson and her daughter by her first husband Minnie “Florence” Pollard.
In 1953 she married her husband my dad Harold Siver Witherell but every one called him “Pete”
She became a widow in 1977 and never remarried. Then in about 1979 she sold her home in Otis Orchard and moved up in North Idaho so she could be around her siblings and she was the middle child of 12
In May of 2000 she died of heart attack..

My mom had quite a bit of spunk. Here a brief trivia, facts about my mom or words of wisdom to live by

1. Holding grudges and being angry for years actual don’t hurt the person your upset with your only hurting your self.
2. My mom never hardly told anyone to stick it up their ass. Her saying was “Oh go piss up rope” every so often she would tell my dad that.
3. The only thing different between a man and a women is a man stands up an pee so my vote counts as much as yours.
4. My mom told me if I made fun of any one who lived in poverty she told me that she would give that person everything I own. “So I learn to be thankful for even the smallest stuff in life…she would of”.
5. “Be honest it may hurt but you can keep control of most situations”
6. My mom never believed the story of the Virgin Mary. She thought it was made up story that Joseph and Mary wouldn’t get in trouble. I have trouble with the whole Ideal about Jesus died on the cross. “She taught me to be free thinker”
7. My mom was good at stretching a dollar.
8. If you got your self in a mess she would say…”You burn your ass so sit on blister”
9. For stuck up people her saying was “They think there shit don’t stink but there farts sure gives them away”
10. “ The dirt you can wash off will never hurt you” If ones have bad thoughts or evil in their heart will not do them any good.
11. My mom had many talents and to her last breath she worked hard and had a sharp mind.
12. Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John will saddle a horse and get along. She thought the teaching of gospel was a good way to live. Confession time..Some time the writing of Apostle Paul rubs me the wrong way.

There a lot of things I miss about my mom and I have plenty of stories to share
