ReplyDeleteI am enjoying reading your blog and getting to know you. I am your swap partner for Pea's Halloween swap! My dad, too, was abusive, and my mother, too, turned the other cheek but it certainly wasn't my dad's income that kept them together. I guess I'll never know the answer to that one. My dad died in March, and although I have forgiven him for his actions, I wish I knew what spurred them on in the first place.
