I Have Scarey Relatives

Before I went to work this morning my first cousin once remove Manu posted this on facebook. I find this disturbing.
Question time...where and how does one learn there hate? In general I would say my family is moderate with Conservative view. A few us, including my self is a moderate with liberal views. Well this type faith and I've seen heard of Christians TERRORIST  and such people as TIM MCVEIGH and RANDY WEAVER. Confession time...I'm embarrassed about the entire RUBY RIDGE thing. It gives such a black mark. And I have a relative who thinks this way....One doesn't pick there family members, do they.

I saw a very disturbing thing this morning at Super 1 in Coeur d'Alene. A lady in what appeared to be an Islamic head scarf stocking shelves. You may think that's not all that disturbing, but that's because you may not recognize the start of a disease when you see it. For those who have never seen the full manifestation of Islam, and the evil it fosters, a single individual in our community isn't a threat. But for those of us who have seen it first hand, in their home country, we know the destruction that will follow if it is allowed to grow. Anyone who has ever lived in the southern half of our country knows that if you see one cockroach, there are a thousand hiding in the walls and cupboards, and they need to be eliminated quickly before they take over the house. That's the way it is with Muslims. You only see the innocent looking individual, and your compassion tells you that we should welcome them to the community and make them feel at home, perhaps thinking "this one doesn't seem harmful". But I can tell you with complete certainty, she's not alone. She brings with her a culture of violence, rape, murder, and move evils than you can wrap your mind around. Go read their holy book, the Koran, and see for yourself what I'm referring to. As their population grows, they will push more and more of their culture on us, they will NOT assimilate to our culture. They will grow like a cancer, and the only way to cure a cancer is to remove it. You may think "it can't happen here", but it can, and it will if no one does anything. A wise man once said, "All that is required for evil to flourish, is for good men to do nothing."
I'm not sure what laws we have in place here in Kootenai count, and the Coeur d'Alene metro area, but rest assured I will be looking into it.

Had a wonderful day in Sandpoint with Regis went to there library, and off to the Good Will. Can't recall all we got. One thing Regis got was a new boots for $12.00. I got some writing supplies for my pen pals.
That just reminds me I need get busy and send out some letters.
I should post what I ate. Maybe I'm feeling slightly shame not very much. I stop in at McDonald with Regis and had one of there Shamrock shake.
I notice two of my flowers are in bloom, purple crous and snowdrop.
Haven't had a chance to look more into my usb issue and photos.
Now for last thing...There is a link for "Daisy Teeth Cleaning" it on the right hand side of the blog.

Coffee is on

  1. The ignorance and irrational hatred scares me, too.

  2. Wow, that is one scary post. We have a lot of Islamic people here in Tulsa for various reasons and they do not worry me at all.

You can say it again about not picking our relatives.

  3. We have quite a few of the head scarf wearing people here where I live, one couple is my upstairs on the left neighbours. They're nice people, working, going to school to get better qualifications. I like them. I'm pretty sure it isn't the Muslims who are the terrorists. That's a different branch of the religion.

You are a voice of reason Dora; certainly the adage is true - can pick your friends but not your family. YAM xx

  6. I hear these opinions all of the time. I know the mindset they're coming from so I just shine it on. It's not what I find to be true but I can't speak for them.. It takes all kinds, doesn't it?

  7. It's all based on fear. But someone has to recognize the fear before they can deal with the hate.

Makes me think of something I read somewhere else. If you replace "Muslim" with "Jew", does this make you sound like a Nazi? But I know you can't tell your relative that.
