It Some What Uncomfortable

Confession....I'm uncomfortable talking about my emotions, matter fact I'm right down scared to talk about them.  Today in our T.O.P.S group the topic or question was....Which emotion have you over come so you could loose weight...Or...Which emotion are you haven't deal with, and is effecting your weight lost
Let me tell you including my self everyone had an uncomfortable look on there face.
It seem easier to give something then control it. I used to big fan of cocaine, although never been arrested for it. Oh how I like it. Do I every crave and have I thought of doing it again. In all honesty yes.
But one can't go with out food. My three meals I do ok, not perfect but I'm inconstant wonder my choice why I'm having a snack...celebration....bordom....angry....lonely...happiness...fear....habit....comforting my self.....trying to hide what I'm feeling at that time. Confession time..It was/is much easier to control alchol, or any street drug, or prescription medication. 
But I know there time I know I just want a snack. And there always don't need justflying my action.
Breakfast...McVandenberg is what we call a home made McMuffin.
Lunch...melt cheese on toast, and pizzia pocket
Dinner...beef roast, carrots, and pototoes.
Kept my portion under control.
The other day in my crystal ball I saw a hazy SCORPION  in my crystal ball. and in DREAM DICTIONARY ....But it could be...To see or be stung by a scorpion in your dream represents a situation in your waking life which may be painful or hurtful. It is also indicative of destructive feelings, "stinging" remarks, bitter words and/or negative thoughts being expressed by or aimed against you. You may be on a self-destructive and self-defeating path. The scorpion is also a symbol of death and rebirth. You need to get rid of the old and make room for something new. Alternatively, the scorpion represents a person who is born under the astrological sign for Scorpio.
To see scorpions floating in water suggest that you need to let go of some pain and learn to accept the situation.  You may be going through the three-step process of denial, acceptance, and finally moving on. 

I finish up one of my trivet in locker hook. Which I'm planning to take to my T.O.P.S group on the 29th.
Now on the coffee coaster I need to do the edging and stick in the strings. Not sure when I'll do anther coffee coaster but I believe I'll cut them a slightly bigger the  5.50 inches (13.9)
Also considering a couple of design I may want to do for my daughter in law. I'm giving the trivet for Yule.

I'm starting to sew my green fabric strips together. The fabric strips on left hand side will also be use in red section the rag rug.
I know the green doesn't show up well. But there is green.
Not sure how my yards of fabric I will be using. But I'm guessing there will be 5 to 7 balls of green.

Morning streaches, which help my hip. Going to doctor she want me to come in 30 days and see how my hip is doing. Which will be Wednesday morning a 7:15 AM. Taking the pick up in to have shock put on.
A lot better. What really bothers me is squating. 
Work today.

  1. A doctor appointment at 7:15? A little early, but great for those NPO blood tests!

    I eat and forget to take my pills and then I have to eat again so there is enough in my stomach. That extra eating isn't helping my pants fit any better. Ha Ha.

  2. A blog is a good place to talk about emotions if you don't have friends or family who read it.

    Andrew is correct; in fact, writing generally, is the place to explore what's going on because it lends objectivity - it is why many folk take up journaling. And a blog is a journal... Self-honesty is the greatest growth tool, as well as the most challenging! YAM xx
