Should I Worry More About The Numbers On Scale Or Clock

It sure been hot. But according to weather report a storm is on it way. Looking for cooler temps for while. So far this month it been in the 90's and no rain.
In the afternoon heat I try to find a cool spot. Like our basement.
So this morning I went in an hour before work. Finish walking down Cody street on the West Side of the highway. Then went to Huckleberries variety store and picked up some envelopes,
Doing home care I need to send progress report by snail mail so I can get paid. Pay day is this Friday. A full check with new hours.
My next new walking place will be the Lincoln street on East Side of the highway. But that won't be until next week.
Tomorrow I'll have my Tops weigh in and I'm hoping to be still under 210. I've kept my calorie count between 1,800 and 2,000.
Time will tell how well I been doing, or the scales will.

  1. when i want to drop a few pounds i make a big pot of bean soup and that's all i eat for several days.

  4. I've been told a person needs 10 to 15 calorie per pound of body weight.
