I don't know why getting rid of bad habits or devolping good ones are diffucult to do. I've been trying to stop drinking caffine mainly coffee. I get down to one cup and just seem like I can't quite give it up.
Bad habit # 2 is to decrease my sugar and fat intake. and bad habit #3 I eat to much.
Now the habits I would like to devolope is eatting more natural foods. "Organic food is so expensive." smaller portion and start a regular workout program.
I went to work this morning it went ok. First day solo. Gas went up to $2.14 a gallon. came home and did some lite home chores. It was up to 45 when I came home from work.
