Got some art to share. Wednesday evenings, I go to the Pearl Theater and do art. One thing we did was a group picture. Our host Greta. I really don't call her a teacher. But, sure, we learn things.
But the piece of above. We draw whatever medium we want to use. I paint a bee. "It's a happy bee," We passed it to the left and added something to a picture. We got about 10 minutes on each piece.
Here a two of the comment I recall from the group.
"What happens if I mess up and ruin their picture."
"Now it finished."
Two of the piece I worked on. I became stifled. And if I had to add another piece to my bee drawing, I would be clueless about what I would put.
We had some fun playing with color. Which is below.
I finished the book I had been reading. A BIRD IN THE HAND: AUTUMN IN CHERRYBROOK. I will stop at our local library if Murphy and I go to town tomorrow.
To see if my next read, "SONG OF SOLOMON" is on the shelf at the local library. I hope to check it out. If it is checked out, I will read THE DAIRY OF A YOUNG GIRL. I read it in Jr High. Now called Middle School. And I reread it. I don't usually read books more than once. I understand Otto Frank didn't publish her entire diary. He took parts out. Plus, it was written in German.
I did a little embroidery last night. It has been a while since I worked on my quilt block.
Hubby fell down last night. Around 12:30 at night. He woke me up and asked me to draw him a hot bath. He was having horrible muscle cramps. As he got up, he went down. And laid on the floor for a few minutes. Got back onto the bed and helped get his night clothes off.
He got into the tub and soaked for a while. And stable him as he got onto the toilet. Somewhere between getting out of the tub
and going on to the bathroom. He grabs the towel rack and pulls it out of the walls.
I know three basic things I will be doing tomorrow Paying bills, working on the clothes closet, and washing the clothes out on the deck. Hopefully, the heavy perfume is out.
Today creativity will be linked to ART FOR FUN FRIDAY.
Coffee is on, and stay safe.
The art class sounds interesting.
