June Report 2019

Never know where I should start on these report, or where I need or want to start. I guess it really doesn't matter.
It seem I never complete my goals. Question...Does any complete there goals or there plans 100% of the time?

I start again doing Fit Day. I wasn't going any where on my weight lost and health. Although I was pretty much staying the same, in a three pound range. For those uses the metric it would be 1.3608 kilograms.
And for a while I misplace my fit bit. So I real haven't had it on for almost the entire month of June.

Short time I post on how much calorie I been taking in and fat calories.
Well my daily average for last week is 1,953 but when it comes to fat calories 800. But it can be broken down
Saturated fat are 227 calories, 25 grams or not quite 2 tablespoon, 12% of my saturated fats.
Polyunsaturated fat are 174 calories, 19.7 grams around 1 and half tablespoon, 9% of my saturated fats.
Monounsaturated fats 309 calories, 35 grams, or for us Americans it would be about 2 and 3/4 tablespoon. 16% of my fat in take.

Well for most month I also never had my fitbit on. It was on my dresser under some items. I did 4,386 steps yesterday. On Sunday and Tuesday I real don't get out and walk.

I guess this is good enough place to put stats from PERSONAL INSIGHT I don't post entire and feel it might be more then I want any of my blog post...

Assertiveness is at 51% and that fine. I like to see most between 40% and 60% 
Warmth 26% This I was shocked about how low the number was. I wonder if I am a "welcoming person" to others.
Under warmth in there definition is being "social confident" Confession time...In quite a few social gathering I rather be the wall flower. 
Cheerfulness 10% and there ideal of cheerfulness and mind is way different. I look as cheerfulness being happy. And they look as expressing positive emotions. Confession time...I am getting better but express emotion either negative or positive I feel awkward. 

Never thought of mention any part of of stats from my blog...A quick fact I had roughly 3,700 view for month of June.

As for other facts for June. We had about 3 inches (7.6 centimeters)  of rain in June. And then we start to make cover to outside of the basement.

  1. I break my goals down by weeks and I try to get at least 3 things done during the week. At the end of the month I've got a lot done but no, I don't think any of us reach 100% of our goals all of the time.

  3. Hard to wear the fitbit when it's under stuff. If I had one, I'd probably never wear it either.

I never used to make goals to be achieved, then I retired and thought maybe I should plan out my days, but I quit that pretty quickly in favour of doing what I wanted, when I wanted. it's so easy to get too lazy. Now I really need a new goal, to lose weight. As soon as I finish the chocolate that's laying around here....
