Rhubarb Pie Wasn't

Murphy and I went to my mom cousin Jim memorial services. The regular crap at memorial service and even at part of it. I want to put my fingers down my throat and vomit. When they brought up the part he never said unkind word about his children..."Bull"...I heard him bad mouth his own children and they were at hearing distant.
I wouldn't of said how wonderful something was at a memorial service. I know I wouldn't say a darn thing. Sure his daughter should be mention.
It was bullface lie.
Sure he has wonderful quility about him. For me I would like him as a neighbor he would help anyone out who in need and want nothing in return.

Got 6 hours in with Liz. She said she was glad to be home. So Monday after I take Regis down to see his psychiatrist and then I'll stop by and take Liz around to get her personal business done.
Tuesday we going down to the H.U.D housing and finishing up. She will get help with rent. Rent can't be over $559 and know more then 2 bedroom. She called about a one bedroom and it was $600 a month.
Land lord wasn't all that thrilled about her companion dog.

I kept the amount I ate after the service. But I told my self I was going have small slice of rhubarb pie and if it wasn't there I was going to leave the dessert table a lone and didn't although I didn't loose control a brownie and very slim slice of banana cream pie.

Most of the day I felt pretty up. But now I start to think about my son tumor and going to Jim memorial service and know how much hurt still linger in my life, after some of my father own words. Who says words don't hurt.

Post Name You Got Me

Quite a Few times I never know what call my post...Or even time I thought of starting my post...something like...Dear Post...To those who listen.....
I have to say I'm starting to come around after finding about Bart Tumor. There is a lot in his favor.
I've been taught you don't jump to conclusion until all the facts are in. This up coming Friday he seeing an neurologist in his office and they'll go from there.

Still looking for my 2nd great grand pa "John Shirley" no luck, but I did find a photo of my husband 2nd great grandma Helen Marie Vandoren.
As far as I can see she had 14 children.

Friday weigh in and the morning Murphy and I going to my mother cousin Jim who pass away 18th of this month. Had to look on Ancestry to find out he was born in Mitchell Nebraska, on the 30th of November 1930.
His parents was Charles "Clifford" and Florence Masterson McCalmant. He had one older sister Elda who has also passed.
One younger brother still living. He has 3 remaining daughters, and buried a son who died the same day he was born, nothing more. A son Robert birth and death listed as same day.
In 1935 looks like his resident was in Portland Oregon, 1949 he listed in the navy. Also lived in Kellogg and was married numerous times.
Hopeful more will come....I don't believe our local paper carried his obit.

It Could Go Either Way

My youngest son Bart turn 26 yesterday and spend time in the emergency room. It start out he felt dizzy, trouble with gross motor skills, and vomiting.
So first they went to what they call urgent care and thought he need to be seen by someone at local emergency room doctor.
So an MRI was ordered. Well they found a very tiny tumor in right frontal lobe. Well when I heard the term tumor and known it would be a wide range of possibility and treatments.
But still I became depress and worried over it. This morning he need to call some type of specialist and I would guess it would be a Neurologist.

Took the pick in and it been running a little ruff. And Murphy start more seeds. I know one was pomodore tomatoes.
Let see I can recall two other type of seed he start leeks and broccoli.
As I've mention Liz been down in Utah, and I been taking care of her place. And she will be returning this Friday evening, and I'm picking her up.
I'm ready to get back to work full time.

When we took the pick up in. It was before Breakfast and stop in at the deli in Super One. So both us had 1/2 pound of Breakfast Casserole.
Not sure what the calorie count. But I'm going to take away 300 calories. So my fitday food count will be 1672

Both my client gets or qualify for the state disability program. Usual every state has one. Since I'm here in Idaho. I thought it was $75 a month, well found out it is $53 a month. I use to understand there math how they figure it out, and now I don't.
Well most people I've taken care of gets in the $30 range.
A few I've known calls this there non food fund. They purchase dish soap, laundry, toilet paper, and even get a roll of quarters for laundry.
I did a expensive tracker and budget for the up coming month of May, on my bullet journal. One of the category was non food. So thinking I would use the figure of $75 times 2 which equal $150 for hubby and I on non food items.
But for June I'm going to try it at $106 for non food items.

Some Days Honesty Can Be Diffucult.

Yesterday Monday I was taking Regis to his appointment in Sandpoint. Some how Wills was brought up in conversation.
And I don't what exactly was said. But something was said and it hit an hurtful spot with in my soul.
I try not to be bitter about things of the past.
This is how basically my parents will was written up. If either one of my parents went first the other one would of gotten the spouse part.
If they both went at the same time. I would of gotten $1.00 and it would of gone to my Aunt Eve.
Well my dad went first and then my mom. She never up-dated her will.
And when she went my Aunt said...It's all yours...had to hire an lawyer to sign her off. But I have wonder if her husband had pass on if she would of kept it.
I did get my inheritance. But still when estate are brought up and I find it some what painful to deal with.

So yesterday when I did my mood face over at fitday. Under happiness I had to Happiness to unhappy, stress to neutral, and angry was angry. I don't like these feeling. But this is how I felt yesterday.
Weigh in was good at T.O.P.S weight lost 3 weeks in a roll. On the T.O.P.S scale I was down half pound and there scales said I weigh 221.75

Got my bullet journal. Made an yearly calender, and monthly calender for month of may. Those I'm please with. But did a weekly calender for the month of May. Once I got it set up and I already see what I will do different., for June.
I believe the way I got my spending tracker and budget set up will work. Not saying they won't be room for improvements.
Also have pages for the weather and how many steps.
I'm going to leave it like that...But I didn't have a page for monthly, weekly or daily goals.
But by end of May I can figure what work and didn't work. " remember I'll match up to $50.

Wednesday no work we're taking the pick up in. Not sure what all needs to be done. Not sure if this is correct term I believe the leaf spring is broke.
We're talking about renting a shampooer and if I had my way. I would take all the carpet out and put in something like vinyl flooring.

Today my youngest son Bart just turn 26. I wasn't sure what to get him, and ancestry had there DNA kit on sale. So I order one for him.
Both Murphy, my self, and Sawyer all have dark hair. But Bart is lighter hair, even at one time he was a toe head.

Ask and Seek

I've usual have an accounting handle the taxes. I believe I need to contact an lawyer about setting up certain legealities for hubby and I. Doing in home care and seeing life in general.
Believe me I've seen all sort of things when it comes to politics of families, including both of ours.
As I speak right now. I would say both sons would be fair about dividing up the property, Then also I don't believe either one of my sons would just put me in nursing home.
but who know what the future brings. So I need to be protected on such things.

Calorie count still under by 247. Sort of hungry at this time. This past week my calories I want to keep them right round 1997 and next week I'm taking it down by 25 which leaves me at 1972.
First part of May I will either keep track of my water intake or my activies.
Question time...Out of water in take or activies which do you think is more important.

I've been thinking what all I want to put in my "bullet Journal" and one thing I want to put in is a budget or a financial tracker.
I've heard people say...I don't have much money and there no need to budget.
So today I made up an budget. I've learn there sort of three catagory you place money...Needs, future, and wants.
I'm going to try to eat on what the maxium food stamps or now know as snap which lower income people get.
For two people now it's $360 a month or $90 a week. This is what I'm planning to eat on.
Which doesn't include hygiene products but most states has an there own disabilty funds. Idaho max is $75 a month and I'm going to try to get our hygiene product with that amount.
I know to quilify for food stamps one needs to be almost destitute. But I wonder if I can feed the two of on $360 a month.
Couple more things or goals I want to put in. One thing for sure I need to get my paper clutter on control.
Like all of us something is learn as we goal.

Murphy and I went to the dump today.
Early afternoon I went to druming circle. Next Saturday I'm going to a BELTANE celebration and it out in MEDICAL LAKE WASHINGTON
One thing since Liz been gone for all most the entire month of April and my hours been cut in half. Actual now we're starting to  feel it financially. But nothing to serious, kept all the bills up to date.
But she coming back on the 29th and we will have a little more breathing room.

two thing I been worked on is the locker hook rug. Still need to get photos up...darn photo issue....And some family history still trying to find my second great grand dad on my mom side John Shirley and his wife Hannah (Ross) Shirley in 1850 census in Philadelphia.
But I've ran into quite a bit of info on the Trefry. My 2nd great grandfather Russel Trefry on my dad side had 19 children. And his dad William had 16 children.
It got me wondering after a hard day of working the farm and there wasn't no medicine for ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION and still they brought forth off spring, back in day.

Trying To Think What To Post

I know I should have will. But what worries me more then what will happen to odds and ends I have. Is living in a destitute situation as I'm become old.
Doing home care I've seen people sign there home over to the state of Idaho, so they can get there medical needs taking care of.
I've seen the hurt and anguish.
I believe there legal ways around it. But I'm not sure what they are.

So today we went down to the Spokane Valley to an memorial service for Murphy cousin Harold. Now my husband is oldest of his cousin.
Me, a lot would have die off. On my mom side my  grandparents had 28 grandchildren and I'm #24.
We stop at Bart and I knew he would been gone. Him and his father in law went for a ride I believe in by LAKE COEUR ALENE.
The reason we stop was drop off a packages for Claudia and Murphy want so metal cut.

A few minor stop only thing Murphy and bought was a pad carpet for by the sink. Standing bothers Murphy, and hand held can opener.

Last thing I should mention is my mother first cousin Jim died on the 18th of this month. No obit yet for him.

I've experience being be-little from My dad. But my dad did support his family.

That Not The Issue.

I just tried the other dew hickey about loading photos up my lab top. "Houston We Still Have an Issue".
See my speaker works in all of my usb ports. Now I believe it a programing issue. I will need to find some one who can operate a computer programs like a whiz and that not me. Usual I make things a lot of worst.
I do miss sharing photos on my blog.

Took Regis to few yard sale. Both of had $5.00 I got more cards and necklace.
Later on in the afternoon I meant La Walla at under the sun. And we had some coffee. I got a cup of Mushroom soup.
Well the other day I said she didn't claim her inheritance.  So I suggest she see an accountant on the money.
 She liked my ideal of going to talk to an accountant on it.
$30,000 she got. One of her sister is the exactor and she isn't capable of handling the estate. She now placed in mental hospital.
That ole saying "Money Talks and Bull Shit Walks" at one time toward the end her mom became un-able to hand her affairs. See her mom was even trying to buy stocks and bonds she the doll.
So the family step and it became a big fight.
Not going into all the detail. What ended being a court battle for someone I'll assume is POWER OF ATTORNEY
My friend sister ended up with both P.O.A and executor of the trust.
When it comes to money she could spend to no end. And usual those who have the gold rules. Since she has money she is smart and handling the estate
Now what I seen with wills and trust. I wonder if it a waste of time. Confession time...I don't have a will.

Weigh in this morning and still at the same from T.O.P.S. Eating been going good trying to keep my calorie count around 1,997.
So next Sunday or Monday I will drop my calorie count down to 1,972. My goal is wean my self down to 1,800 calories.
Couple of things I haven't done with FITDAY is Activity log and my body measurement's.
But one thing I like is mood tracker. Not going into all of them but my stress level been 3 days neutral, 2 days stress, and 2 days of calm
Then the other one I will bring up now is the "Anger" 3 days Neutral and 2 days of peace.

The other day I became were of what I call a zen tracker.

I got all the require colors done on locker rug. Just in case your new here or haven't heard about it.
The coral, turquoise, and yellow is done. But now I'm working on the fill in colors.

I Never But That Not True

I was going to post that "I never committed fraud" which would be an un-true. If there a little of an excuse of fraud for me it would of to make one life more simple.
If I was going to rate my fraud active it would be eighth to quarter of inch on scale. Not sure how that would work out metrically.

Our government programs are sat up with no common sense. Now I will continue or confess on one self of fraud.
Confession time...I'm not always honest about the exact hours...but I don't cheat on the time.
I will give an example if a client has two people in there home...A social worker and some one cleaning. We aren't aloud to bill the state for the same hours.
So let use the social work she will bill May 1st from 9AM til 11:30 which is 2 and half hours.
So let use the care giver she might be there actual 9:30 to 2:30 which is 5 hours.
As you can see 2 hours they're billing at the same hours.
So had I would do even if I'm not there...I would say I came in at 12PM and work til 5PM still the same amount of hours.
If any of you are wonder why I just going at noon. Some time that would work but there time my other client might have an appointment and I'm force to my other choices.
Confession time...I could do better in my mileage...I only guess the mileage I drive on my job.
I don't do anything outrages.
But that only fraud I do when it comes to work.
Liz said she would sign my paper work head of time and I could send them in.
That pushing fraud a little more then I like. I don't even cheat on my federal or state taxes. Sure I have accountant do mine and I want every tax advantage.

Statement time....I believe in Karma. 
My friend La Walla inheritance around 30,000 and she never claim it. She went up to Canada and stuck it in a bank there.
See she has a lot of health issue do to a super bad immune system, and if she was total honest what she got her benefits would be a lot less.
See her rent is $60 a month, both side of her medical is paid for; she getting both medicare and medicaid, and $120 in snap program.
See they believe her income is her social security check around $950 a month. See she has the inheritance and she earn other money.
Let just say a lot of our welfare programs your aloud $2,000 of asset. Which includes most things. What doesn't count is your first vehicle. But depends on program and sometime your resident does count, and other time it doesn't
One might be saying as long as her money in Canada there nothing to worry about. Well the other day she got a notice from an accountant and telling her that there is a mix up on the inheritance for tax reason.
Sound like they will be sending her some tax forms for inherits and they will also return to the IRS.
So she could be possible getting it for fraud.
See her sister is the executor of the will, and she recently got but in a private mental hospital.
It sound like a mess. But Murphy and I don't have a will. I've seen even people with a will and the estate was a mess.

Today Murphy and I went over to his sister Faith and he cut down a cherry tree. And later on I picked up rocks off our lawn and toss it back on our drive way.
When the snow plow push snow last winter it also took rocks with them.
Finely our blue strawberry seed Murphy planted has came up.
The flower bed below the window has a few blooms.

The fit day is helping quite a bit in keep track of what I eat. It also keep track of my nutritional  intake is these 3 vitamin A, D, and E.

Tale Of Two Scales

I figure if I weighed in twice weekly. Friday on my home scale and weigh in at 220 pounds. Had Easter dinner and stuck to plan. But weigh in at T.O.P.S this morning and there scale said I was at 222.75.
I will leave the math up to all of you.
One thing I notice on my eating Monday I seem to ate on the salty side.
I believe the only day I will possible having any sweet will be next Saturday the 22. Murphy and I will be going to his cousin Harold Memorial service, and usual all the memorial service I've gone to they have something to eat.

Harold George , 70, died February 8, 2017, in New Albany, Indiana. He attended school in Bonners Ferry until his senior year, when he moved to Coeur d'Alene to join his family. He was a member of the United States Air Force National Guard. He worked at Kaiser Aluminum Trentwood until illness forced his retirement. He was a member of the United Steelworkers of America Local 338. Harold is survived by his wife, XXX of New Albany, Indiana, and her three children and grandchildren; his children XXX, XXX, XXX, XXX, XXX, and XXX, his 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, XXX, his sisters, XXX and XXX and his brother, XXX and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin  Sr, his brother, Marvin Jr, and granddaughter Kelli. Now my husband is oldest first cousin on his dad side living. One more quilting class. I can say now I made a quilt. Not quite still have to put on the binding. But I feel I gain enough knowledge that I can do a basic block quilt. I will be going to the next session which I believe starts in October. Slowly still working on the locker hook rug. Now it look like Liz will be back possible Saturday the 29th. At first she was planning to be back on the 12th and she decided to stay down for Easter and return on the 20th. But now she considering staying longer. I believe she now look at the 29th or 30th. One good thing she got hold of the office that handle her subsidizing housing and change her appointment form the 25th til May 3rd. Which usual she just doesn't take care of daily life business. But this time she did. Now the only thing is, if she doesn't get service in a 30 day peroid. There is a good chance she could loose it. I know there three service she hasn't had sense she left. Unless the other two is billing the state and that would be fraud. Now talking about fraud I should tell what my friend LaWalla and the mess she in. I shake my head because I can't believe what sort of mess people get there self in. Add a few more coffee pals and this time I'm add DAISY link for her teeth cleaning. I match all donation up to $50. Thoughts About The Week Ahead

Thought I get a post up before I head out. Today I have work and my quilting class. I won't be home til later.
I was about veggies at Easter dinner. The strange thing is nothing was offered or even fruit which was strange usual something is offered.
Last week my calorie account I want to aveage about 2,022. But during last week my calorie actual average 2,069 as one can see a little over.
This up coming week I'm going to aveage my calorie intake for day to 1,997. Down by 25.

So Thursday Liz will coming home. Her bus doesn't come intil Thursday in Courd'alene at six in evening.
In a lot of way it been like mini vacation. But I have to say her core is good.
Not much more to say but it trying to rain here. So Murphy went and spread fertilzer on the place.

Ten Might Equal Benifits.

In yesterday I was left comment about what I meant by 3 appetizer. 5 main course, and 2 deserts. Though if I post what I had ate there it might be self explanatory.
Confession time...When I go out if I don't go with a basic plan I will tend to over eat...
I figure I would have 1/2 to 1 cup (metric) would be grams. So I just figure it all at 3/4 of cup or 340 grams.
Well the appetizer was a bowl of mix nuts...Let just say I ate 3/4 (340)
Then for the main course limited my self to 5 items
lamb about 3 ounce.
potato salad 3/4 (340)
Scallop Potatoes 3/4 (340)
deviled egg 2 halves
Guess I only ate 4 items. But once you see the choice of my desert and the calories. One will under stand why it blessing to forgot the 5th item.
Dessert like I said two things
lemon cream pie and piece of cheese cake.
So accounting to fit day for Easter Lunch my calorie account is about 1.956
Well please how Easter came out.
Also had a small birthday party for our grand niece she turn 16.

Doing family history if you see a well known name possible like Ford, Miller, Washington, and or Graham. One start to wonder if you be possible relate to Robert Ford the guy who shot Jesse James or Henry.
Miller first thing comes to mind is band leader. Washington of carouse our first president. And Graham would be Alexander Graham Bell for phone.
The other day I found out my 2 great Uncle Wallace Trefry married a girl name Almeda Lincoln. Now it got me wondering if she any relationship to our 16th President ABRAHAM LINCOLN.
Still trying to find my second great grandfather John Shirley in the city of Philly. No luck so far.
Talking about family history I thought I would share a bit of my parents as it comes to money.
My dad was a responsible alcoholic went to work I grew up what I would call solid middle class back ground. The bills was always paid on time.
But mother was never aloud cash. Credit cards was fine. I recall my mother asking for $2.50 for some hand lotion and my dad ask her what she want $2.50 for and she told him. So he told she didn't need that foolishness. To teach him a lesson she put $25.00 on credit card. And he said something and she looked hime eye and said" Shut the ______up Pete'' or she was going to purchase something for $25 My dad shut up. And next time out it would of been $250, and she would of kept add zeros.
Now there the other side of the coin. My dad was careless with cash. He got drunk and laid on the couch and money would fall out of his pocket. Anything from loose change to hundred dollar bills.
My mom would collect the money and with smile on her face like she had an organism. Went and stuck the money in bank.
I wonder why she never just pocket some of the money my dad lost in drunken stooper.

Just Got A Call

Looks like we're having Easter over at my in-law. I'm now trying to get hold of Bart and his family. His phone messenger thing is full. He will call me back.
I wish and some time the only thing we can do is wish...my in law aren't planner...a twenty four notice to them is plenty of notice.
But in general I don't have much bad to say about my in-law.

So today so far I been cleaning off anther table. It has a stack of fabric that I'm cutting into strips for locker hook rugs.
One reason I'm cleaning off the table in hope I can run into my photo dew hicky thing. Hopeful that the issue about loading photos.
It seem like some of the flat surfaces have magnetics on them.

Not sure if it doing less with facebook. But I feel a little depress almost like with draws. Haven't complete cold turkey. To many angry people out there.
Not sure how I feel about "Bullet Journal" wonder if it could possible cut down on my paper clutter.
I don't own a printer. Confession time...I don't own a printer because I can keep paper under control.

Just notice the date...It seem like a lot events took place around the 15th in our history. Like JACK ROBINSON breaking pro baseball history. First African American to play pro baseball.
This year our fedeal taxes are due the 18th.
Got our taken care of. I was shock we could of gotten a re-fund. But instead I told them to reply it back on my 2017 taxes.

I have to wonder what his taxes will reveal. Far from being rich but our taxes form is like 14 pages.

So far fitday is doing me good. Keeping calorie count right around 2,023. Friday I didn't get a chance to do my food journal.
For Easter dinner still trying to keep it around 2,023 for the day. I find if I eat out and go with some type of plan I do much better.

It been a while since I post any heavy duty stuff. A few positive comment. Sure a lot of angry people out there.

One of my blogs I visit, SNAIL MAIL LOVE ...She done what is called a BULLET JOURNAL

Which I never heard of. As yesterday I said I face and issue with paper clutter. Even if I have an files it seem I never get them to proper file.

I would write on piece of paper what I want to accomplish on daily bases. If I got 80% complete I felt it was a good day.

Now since I work. I have very little control of my life. I still handle the money. Confession time...I would like Murphy handle the money half of the year, and me the other half.

Not sure how I feel about the bullet journal. Or if I had one would I actual do it. Love to cut down on the paper clutter.

Confession time...I was going to say a lot. But maybe that not the word. I have paper clutter because of snail mail writing to my pen pals. I tend to get items from thrift store to write letter and just not take care of it....Question time....what your thoughts on bullet journal?

I been doing FIT DAY and made a choice on Friday I will weigh my self at home and record it. Then after T.O.P.S which is on Tuesday I will record it. So my first Friday weigh in I'm at 220.25 (99) 2.75 (1.25) lost.

Lieuntent Colonel Feels Like.

Part of fit day is ranking your mood. I try to do this at different time of day. One of the question the ask how your Hunger level. I'm trying to hold off on lunch. But at this time I would say I'm on the hunger side.
But anther thing I'm ask to rate is my general health. For today I place it at Healthy. Even I have a few minor troubles. Yes I'm over weight and then there the issue with blood pressure. But still I feel I'm heathy.

Been picking up around the place. I seem to have trouble keeping paper clutter down. Having pen pals doesn't help.
Just finish up with my last set of pen pal letters. This week I did those who live west of the rockies. Last one went to BANDON OREGON  drove though there once actual.

My hour with Regis is pretty much finish. The doctor visit in Courd'Alene took away lot of my asign hours. See Regis gets 15 hours a week or 64 hours in a month, so does Liz.
Well I only have an hour left for this week. Not much to do there maybe a little house keeping, and possible light errands. I'm guessing I may be over by one or two hours.
So I have to explain why I'm over. If the state of Idaho doesn't like the reason I will be short hours on my next check.
But in general the hours my client are assign is plenty to get task done. So it pretty rare I go over.

Ms Daisy got new brush. Today was first time using it. Now she waiting for her rag toy to be toss. It raining outside. So no ball tossing today. A quick reminder on the right hand side of blog there is a link called "Daisy Teeth Cleaning" and it hook to go fund me.

In bit Murphy and I are going just out side of KOOTENAI Idaho and I want to stop in at there post office and see if they having any stamps stuck in one of there drawers of people. Once in while they have a two cent or even and eight cent stamp stuck in there. I only collect stamps of people.
And the reason where going there we have a friend who lives out there.

Over by a Bit

216 calorie over my daily allowance. I'm trying to keep my calorie count right now around 2,022. I haven't yet record in activity or the body shape. On FITDAY.

Took Regis down to see the infectioness control doctor. He likes the super hero and any thing in that line. We stop at what was once hasting. He found one on sale. But not sure which one he got.
After his appointment I stop in at Jo Ann and got me six and half inch TEMPLETE RULER. At Jo Ann it was a little more. Had 40% off coupon.
Then stop at micheals and got some stickers, had a 40% off coupons.

I been sending letters to pen pals who lives west of the rockies mountains. I took a few minutes to look at some interesting paper to make ENVELOPES. But a few larger bills came up this month. Car insurance, and 2 rigs that needs tabs, we will get the money back from the sons.
Oh yes and hospital just under $60.
Then take care of property tax stuff. We get discount because of our income is under $29,640 net and Murphy is a senior.

Daisy is going have to wait a few more minutes she wants me to toss her ball. Remember on the right hand side of the blog is a link called "Daisy teeth cleaning"

Enjoy reading every one answer to yesterday QUESTION. I have say stress level cut way back sense I cut majorly back on facebook. To much polarize politics over there. Only comment once on my grand daughter first birthday.
Still haven't got around to figure the issue with the computer and photos.
Maybe the 14th I might be come slightly active on facebook. Just don't want people thinks I complete drop off the earth.

What Will It Take

I know the risk about being over weight. And I tend to do a little about it. It some what pain dragging this extra fat about.
I stand 5'6(167) and weigh in at 222(111) , last weigh in. Who know what I will weigh in this tomorrow.
My frame is medium, although I have big boobs. So I should weigh in between 130(58) to 145 (65)
At one time I did a thing called FITDAY. It's been a while since I use it.
I decided to cut back on facebook for a while. "Confession time...I get tired of the political bull shit" and both political party is "uncooperative" so I sat my first goal.
I like to loose 3/4 (.34) a week. Loosing that amount I should hit my goal of 200 by the 4th of July.
Not sure if I have the right amount calorie to loose. But to retain present weight I need 2,222 calories. So If I cut my calorie each week by 200 calorie until I get to 1,800. I believe that way I shouldn't be all that crabby.
So first week I will take in 2,022 daily calories.

Took Regis to see his dad. Went up and saw his mom. His mom is buried on there property. Not sure what will happen to the property once Regis mom is gone.
I know Regis can't own anything because of how his disability is set up. His biological sister will handle the estate affairs

Did little genealogy and came to relize my great grandma Emma Arvilla Trefry Miller and her sister Melvina Trefry Dienst both died in childbirth giving birth to twins. In the same year, 1884.

Got our taxes back. Owed nothing and decide to put the refund towards my 2017 taxes. The only reason we would of gotten a refund. Is because of the affordble tax credit or subsudiy. To much for me to figure this affordble care act we have.
Now I need to get our income information down to our county clerk, so we can get a break on our property tax.
For 2017 it just over $29,000 net a year.

Liz called and she staying for Easter. Sure glad anyhow I thought it would be nice to celebrate Easter with her Grandkids.
Hopeful it nice day for an Easter Egg hunt.

Not Big Party

Yesterday Murphy and I went over to Noxon Mt and celebrate my grand daughter birthday. Murphy was little worried about going. He been having back trouble and he had it off on for ages. So he took some pain pills so he could indur the trip.
Not a big party my daughter in law Molly cousin came over from Kalispell. She has daughter a month older then my grand daughter, so that makes them 2nd cousin.
It was interesting to watch the two little ones.
I hate to say my grand daughter start to hit her little cousin. In a bit after she got tired of getting hit. She pushed Claudia, and she figure she didn't want to be slapped.
Her mother did try to correct her behavior. But when Claudia got push it stop her from hitting dead in tracks.
I won't say my sons were saints.
Food was great. Not sure were they got ham. But it was top notch.
She got a lot of new clothes. But we got her one of those popping toys that you push and her own chair. Oh and anther toy she got is a little piano.

His back must be getting better. We decide to take mid morning romp in bed. It all worked out good.
Some time he gets cramp and during romp time.

I been picking up around the place. I seem to misplace things to easily. The other day I found a check register and now I put it some place. A place I wouldn't forget. I did forget.
It very simple I got way to much for size of my place.

I did get quite a bit of cutting strips for my next rag rug, I'm giving for Christmas gift. The color I did was blues today.
I still want to do one for us. And place it by the kitchen sink.

Plus I need to try my do hicky thing and see if I can load up any photo. I do miss sharing photos.

I've been writing to some penpals west of the rockies mountains. Plus Murphy got some more seeds started. Today it was celery, leeks, tomatoes, and blue strawberries. I did say BLUE. Looks like we have a few peppers up.

Not Going To Announce.

I've shaken my head about how we handle our foreign policies though out the world. As I'm far from an expert.
But I have some common sense and under stand human nature, most of the time.
As I'm not sure bombing Syria is right thing to do or not. They've done it for years, attacked there own people with nasty chemicals.
When some being abuse by someone or a group. One needs to be rescued and if no one comes and rescued the one who getting abused. Soon two are guilty...The one who is doing the abuse and the one who sits by and does nothing.
But I have to question the reason why...Are we doing this because we care about the people of Syria or for some other reason.
There been other human abuse though out the world and United States never did a thing. For simple reason the other countries had no or lack of natural resource.

Good News...Miss Claudia, grand daughter is now one year old. And we will be going over to Montana to celebrate her birthday.

Finish up the week and did a little bit around the place. I'll get to that in a bit.

But now Abner the cat is start to little hunting in field by our place. Ziggy is pretty much just stare out the window at birds. Once in while he will get excited.

Still looking for funds for MS DAISY But remember I'm not total looking for a free ride...I can now match each donation up to $50 and each pay day I put in $20, pay every other week.

Work was all that long, just finish up the week. Two hours today. So I came home and did a little around the place.

Clean off our dinning room table. It seem like there a big magnet on it. Or quite bit of it.

Then took care of some fabrics. Had 3 bags of strips for my locker hook project, condense it all into 1 bag. Took some of the large pieces and put them in tote. Start a pile of some smaller pieces of fabric and also Murphy older shirts that could be cut into strips for a locker hook project.

Got all the fabric in one bag what I've been using for the quilt I'm making.

Good thing is I found my yarn needles. I got the fabric tucked in on the one side on the locker hook rug I'm working on.

Things been sliding and tumbling apart, roads that is. This last winter we had plenty of snow and it all went away at rapid rate. I

For a while they had one lane traffic. The crew who been keeping the traffic moving safely about.

Once the weather and soil stable I don't think much can be done.

I want to show a photo down by one of my cousin place. It took out drain pipe, and now looks like the other drain pipe which is put in.

When the road clasp it took out some people water line.

Last thing Murphy went to the doctor his hip and back is bothering him. Gave him some muscle relaxers. But I believe he should have an x ray. This isn't the first time he seen a doctor about this.

His blood pressure was up a bit. Not sure if it do to pain or what. He goes back in 30 days.

Been Asked and Will Asked

I was asked about the quilt post on YESTERDAY  If I made it. The answer is a simple "no" but it will be the next one that the place where I'm now taking a quilting class at.
I believe they start next October.
I've asked permission on my facebook page if any one would let me post about DAISY, teeth cleaning and up coming vet bill

Haven't had a chance to look the issue of photos. Why I can't get them on to my computer. I know photos are worth a lot.

Yesterday after coffee with Qunella went and had coffee at "Under the sun" we walk over to Selkirk treasures and the gentlemen was on duty if they had any stamps and wonder if they had any. I was lucky he was also a stamp colletor.
He is a lot more experince then me, and we exchange number so later on we can get together.
The strange thing Qunella is more up tight about things and her image.  By the expression on her face...A married woman gives a man her phone number and willing to go to his place.
A few clues he drop I belive he also married.
At one time a married woman exchange phone number between two married couple wouldn't be popular behavior.
Anyhow I told Murphy about him.

The latest stamp I bought was a book of the WPA a PROGRAM that President Roosevelt put in. Since I collect Stamps of people I'll take out the ones with people in them. Place them in my stamp book.
Before that I got RICHARD ALLEN and JOHN KENNEDY ones.

Two Birds In One Scoop.

Since Monday or lease yesterday was fill and Tuesday is my weigh in. So I'm combine two days of life happen with me.

Eating is first priority on this posting.

Monday

Breakfast...Egg, biscuit, and sausage patty.

Lunch...fries, and Ruben sandwich.

Dinner...finished up my other sandwich and fries.

Snack....graham crackers and ice cream bar.

Tuesday

Breakfast...steel cut out with raisin, and blueberries

Lunch...radishes, graham cracker sandwich with peanut butter, and slice of cheese.

Dinner...Johnson brats, mash potatoes, and spinach salad.

Snack...cheese, strawberry, and fry pie.

Some days and more then I real need to put I want to know which charter of Simpson is more like me. Three different quiz and all different results.

I end up with SANTA LITTLE HELPER , KRUSTY THE CLOWN , MARGE Confession time...I feel like the charter LISA SIMPSON The reason I say I feel Lisa Simpson. I find other culture interesting and they all need to be embrace and respected. Although I rather be a visitor then join.

But it seem like my mom side and not all of them. But seem to be close heart. The other day one of my relative posted this on FACEBOOK I know three people including my self report this to facebook, and I would guess more. But quite a few of my relative agreed with his statement.

So I feel so much like and outsider with my own family. I know a few of us have open mind and hearts.

Quite a few of my crocus are in bloom. Murphy got some peppers started. He in quite a bit of pain. Friday he will be seeing the doctor.

When he stand to long on hard surface it does something, and his legs get like jello.

Almost finish with my quilt. Yesterday Monday I went over to Troy Montana. Cut out my back piece and iron my edging strip. It now to put together.

Guess next time around she will be doing the LOVER KNOT quilt. Those classes start in October.

But my friend LaWalla is doing a RAG QUILT It something I would attempt to try. 

 But before I tackle that I believe I need purchase a WALKING FOOT for my sewing machine.

One letter written today. Liz is still in Utah. Her daughter and she went to Mormon conference. Thought she might enjoy a hand written letter. Telling her I'm thinking of her and hope she is having a joyful visit.

Did a little more in my family history. I been working mainly now on the Shirley side. Look though and there 25 pages of census out Philadelphia.

But I got lucky I found a little more on the Miller line. My dad mother maiden name was Miller. One of the Miller I'm related to his parents name him AA. I have to wonder why a parent would name there child with just letter. He is 2^nd great uncle who dad was Augusta and his mom Mary Allen.

Work for railroad as an engineer in East St Louis Illinois in the 1870 census.

Sure hope all the information and paper work is giving to our accountant. So he can finish up our taxes.

Cheaking In For March 2017

March left us. The old saying March will come in like Lion or Lamb and leave dead opposite how they first comes in. It was more like April shower.

The hottest day was March 31 and it was 58 (14)

The coldest day was March 6 & 7 and it was 23 (-5)

Average high for the month, 49 (9)

Average low for the month, 30 (-1)

In last month walking pretend adventure I was on the outside of Orfino heading toward Montana. This month I did get in some extra walking

My daily average was 2.5 (4.0) For the month I cover about 35 (56)

So it would put me in about KOOSKIA Idaho. In real life I never been there.

Now a little about my day. Notice Murphy got a tray ready for planting. I'm sure no seed was planted.

I finish up the month. How things are sit up at work is strange. But one can't fight or argue with city hall.

Each my client have 15 hours a week. Or I can't go over 64 hours in month. So depending how the month start and ends. So for paper work I had to get in 3 hours last day of March.

One thing Regis and I did went to some rummage sales and a yard sale.

Well I sat out the yard sale. But I got couple of items at rummage sale.

The EAGLES here I got couple of tops that I'm going to cut up for strips for the locker hook rug. Well the funds is being donate to our local library

The other one is called the pack rat sale. I got a few items for writing letters. This weekend I'm planning to send out 4 letters.

Don't ask why. Because I'm clueless.

The reason I didn't get any thing at the last yard sale my wallet was empty.

Got anther dresser drawer cleaned.

Breakfast and Brunch...French toast, bacon, and left of spaghetti.

Dinner...Fish, carrots, and bake potato.

Snack, blueberries, girl scout cookies.
