A Good Bar Soap Will Do Just As Good.

I wasn't going to post anything for Easter. I know most people will be celebrating the crucifix of Jesus. I don't why they don't just use the word “Capital Punishment” same different just different times.
As I was kid I went to different religion and they all taught to 'blood of Jesus” wash way sin. Statement time...I thought the whole part of blood of Christ has been way over played in Christian religion.
There 20 things that the blood
of Jesus does.
Statement time...The entire thing of Crucifying is total barbaric...why would some one wanting to celebrate some dying a horrible death.
This is my main difficulty with the Christianity, it just cheapen it.

I look forward to change of spring. Confession time...I been working on my attitude toward my thought of Easter....I don't mine celebration of re-newly of life or what ever that may constitute of.
Murphy and I was out weeding the strawberries. Trying to get out the quack grass and dandelion. I even made the comment to my hubby “ New Weed is rebirth or start of new season”
I look forward to all the new season and changes for what every they may be. Most of them are never big but there always something good that comes out of ostara

This Easter and all of them, we went over to my Sister in law Faith. Let see there was 15 people if I count right. Faith put out a nice dinner nothing heavy. For desert she serve strawberry short cake.
We sat around a talk about or it seem we talk about what was breaking down around us. Niece Qunicy is having vehicle trouble, I think it transmission.
Faith which is Quincy mother is having furnace trouble.
I know our biggest and expensive trouble is eaves on our home.

I'm so glad know one brought up at the dinner about the Jesus dying on cross for our sins.

Then we talk how shitty the work force is.
Jeff was saying when they shut down the main mill in Bonners Ferry which now been over 10 years. He was making fourteen something an hour and full benefits. He start to go out to mill in the Cow Creek area and they were paying $7.25 an hour, which at that time it was above minimum wage. Figure out it would be money ahead if he retired.
Well one guy work with him and had to take his kid to day care and was costing him $1,200 a month.
Denni and I was discussion home care and the assholes.
Most people now only get a few hours a week which real don't pay for one to start up your vehicle.
People wonder why people don't want to go to work. It doesn't pay.

Murphy and I been doing quite a bit around the place. I got my spot dug up to put in some peonies. Faith the one I drive around gave me some snowdrops and squills. They won't bloom until next spring.

Coffee is on.

Weekend Photo Hunt (Green-Wind)

Living in North Idaho ones see a lot pine and fir trees which are green. If you notice my home is painted green

Most of this weekend we been working out in yard. One thing we been doing is burning debris. Usual there some type of wind but I would rather call it a breeze. Actual when there no breeze at all a fire can be difficult.

Next weekend photo hunt themes will be peace-tranquilty and quirky

I've start to look for a mothers of groom dress. I don't know why Murphy want me dress like I still have a perky little body. Actual it would embarrass me to dress like someone under 30, that nothing yet fell south. Statement time...Only in my wildest dreams.
But still I have no desire to dress like a bag woman either.
I would like honest second opinion how something would look nice for person of my statue and age.

I been doing a little bit more walking. On Tuesday I take my camera and try to go some place different and take some picture(s). Last Tuesday I took Quenella in to town and as she was running her errands. I just walk around Bonners Ferry and got picture the back side of kootenai river brewing company

Last fall I planted in some bulbs that some should be showing sign of breaking though. My older daffodils have already came up. But the new ones I put in my “royal sunshine” bed nothing. Also I planted some other bulbs but it much to early to tell.
Crocus are in bloom just my purple tones. For some reason my yellow ones never did diddly squat.
I would guess my Easter hyacinth or the daffodils will be the next one to bloom.
As I been posting about flowers. I thought my red, white and blue flowerbed was a lot farther done then actual was. So I had to do some digging.
I'm starting to lean toward calling that flower bed my “flag flowerbed” but also flag is sometime also a Iris. I'll figure it out and it real doesn't matter.
Now for the fill. If we don't or can't getting anymore we now complete our goal of having water flow away from the foundation of our home.
Sure there a few place around here that could use fill.

Coffee is on.

Weekend Photo Hunt (Flow-Happy)

Murphy been putting in fill around the foundation, so the flow of the water will go away from the house.

I'm a person who is general happy person. But Murphette been buying flowers for my home and that too makes me happy.

Next weekend photo hunt theme will be green  and or wind

Flaky Spring

As I was taking my walk. I came upon this water feature. It would be a nice addition to the place. Not saying I would want one just like the one in the picture.
Murphy been hauling dirt around the place. Now I'm not sure about the tree orchard going in. Murphy is little skittish about bees. He swells up! Actual it depend were he get stung. Place like the neck isn't good.

We notice that eves on place need painting. Mostly on the south side of the house. A little each day keep happen with the flower beds.
Couple of days ago the first sighting of robins and bluebirds.

I start to clean out anther shelf in the shed/barn. Here is some of the items that are heading off to the thrift store.
Actual I need a little bit of help from Murphy. I want him to look at this stuff and fine out if he thinks any of the items needs not to go to the thrift store.
I don't think he will have any problems.
One thing he needs to help me with is the old horse supplies stuff and that's on the shelf I'm working on.

If one can call this the first day of spring; woke up to snow. I know the snow will be sitting back my crocus. Nothing was in full bloom yet. Small bit of them were in bud so you could see what colors they lean toward, purplish tones. None of my yellowish tones is showing yet.
This afternoon I'm driving Faith to the eye doctor in Sandpoint. Recently she been having more trouble with her glaucoma.
Coffee is on.

Weekend Photo Hunt (Footprint-Sunrise/Sunset)

As part of my last weekend photo hunt was also the theme of “sport” as we're fishing notice there were a lot of foot prints on the bank of the Kootenai river.

There were some geese print.
  There were racoons print.

A week ago (3/8/13) I was waiting out side of the pick up for Murphette and Murphy to come out of the dollar tree.
Some one said “look at that sunset” and she started to take pictures. I got my camera out of the vehicle and took some picture.
Then as I was taking my picture I notice other people taking pictures too.
(We where at the Bonner Mall in Ponderay, by Sandpoint)

Next weekend photo hunt will be flow and or what makes you happy

Not saying much exciting happen. Turn in our taxes paper to the account. Last summer my husband went and weed my Aunt Eve tree farm.
Sort of Curios what going to happen with our taxes since she lied and told both of us, that the pay is under the table. Turn around and send us a 1099 form.
Then she advice my husband to throw the 1099 in trash once we got. Because we don't file and pay taxes according to my Aunt Eve.
Opinion time...she doesn't think much of other people....I don't think much lairs or cheaters.
For a short time I won't know what will happen to our taxes.

Not all sure who will be showing up. I will show up to the sign of medical marijuana petition, on April 6 at the Northwood Tavern in Naples. Those who are against marijuana I fine Confession time...their reason is sadly but funny usually.
Anyhow I rather take care of someone who uses marijuana as part of there treatment; instead of those who total rely on narcotics.

I been doing a little better on my health. Been out doing some walks and not eating as much in line of junk food.

Murphy is almost done putting the fill around the place.
Weeded out the strawberries. Still waiting for some crocus to bloom, there up.
I'm starting to wonder if I planted any snow drops are not.
Friends of mine has both snowdrops and crocus in bloom.
Actual we figure out where the fence for the orchard will be place. In front of the main garden I believe the size will be 30 feet by 60 feet.
Best thing that the blue bird have returned.
Coffee is on.

Weekend Photo Hunt (monochrome-sport)

I ask Murphy what was monochrome and I know the word “mono” means one but the word chrome I know what chrome as in a rigs trim.
But Murphy thought it had some something to do with old photo; black white pictures. But I had to google
He sort of right.

I just can't think of a sport I actual can't stand. Both Hubby and I like to go fishing. One could say “fishing is a sport
We went fishing today 3/9/13 just on this side of ball creek.

Next weekend photo hunt will be footprint and or sunrise or sunset

Coffee is on

Misfit I Think It All Caught Up in Life.

Confession time....I was little worried if Murphette was going to pay her rent of $200 a month. Like yesterday she went down to Courd' Alene did some shopping as she was showing me all the items she got.
Nice items but I started to wonder if she spent all of her money before she paid her bills. Well I guess not I just got the rent check.
I told her if she move out before the end of the month I would prorate it back to her.

Murphy is coming down with some type of crud. The reason I know he is moaning a groaning. Men at times are such babies.
We talk about going fishing but at this point I don't see it in the cards.

Our Sunday was a day for me. I just love staying home and doing things around here. I made a batch of Chilli
Chunky Pumpkin Chili

Original recipe makes 8 servings

 2 pounds ground beef
 1 large onion, diced
 1 green bell pepper, diced
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained
1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
1 (28 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
 1 tablespoon chili powder

Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, cook beef until brown; drain. Stir in onion and bell pepper and cook 5 minutes. Stir in beans, tomato juice, diced tomatoes and pumpkin puree. Season with pumpkin pie spice, and chili powder. Simmer 1 hour.

The mixture of chili and pumpkin-pie spice is pretty good together.
Left over squash I made up come custard.
I been checking out the flower beds and lot of bulbs are showing though. I can pretty much figure what every thing is....except for one and it looks like a bean coming up. I know I didn't plant any beans in flower garden. Way to cold to grow any beans now.

I went and rake up wood chips from the area we chopped our firewood.
Murphy been weeding the strawberries and we want to add some pream which kills young weeds but not the items you want.
I picked up some doggy poop around the side of house but the ground is pretty wet here. Quite windy one get chilled fairly quickly.
Then the usual house work went on today.
Coffee is on.

Weekend Photo Hunt (Action-Steele)

Living in small community there usual not much action going on. Statement time....”which I'm grateful for an uneventful life”
So I brought my camera to town and maybe with a little luck I might see some action and the bank might be getting robbed. No such luck.

I'm not sure about weekend but every weekday the noon whistle still blows. I would guess it actual done by some type of computer or electronic.
But it doesn't matter how it operates but it steel works. Not sure what type of materiel is being used for the noon whistle. But I notice it's on steel type of legs.

Next weekend photo hunt theme will be monochome and or Sport

Yesterday hubby and I was debating about going shopping. Murphette went down to Courd'Alene to take care of some business with her daughter and her honey poo.
I'm glad she got the time to spend with them.
Soon as the first comes around like most people I know Murphette and other need to head out and spend money usual before the week is over there flat broke.
I wasn't sure when my check would been in Friday or Saturday which is today.

I hate shopping! Mostly when it comes to fitting a bra. See none of the regular everyday store stock anything in my size.
I went to JC Penny and had my self measure to get a good fit for my bra. I knew the odds was they wouldn't be anything in stock for me.
So after I was measure the sale clerk pulled up the catalog on line. We found a bra and I ask if it didn't fit if I could return it.
She said “Yes”
So I gave her my penny card. Almost Fifty bucks.
Confession time...I'm looking for Obama care maybe I can get boob reduction done. I'm only 38 inches around but my cup size is either DDDD or a G depending on the bra.

Before we went and got the bra. We made a quick stop in at the co op and got a heating pad for our seed start and that was around $38.00

As I was in Penny Murphy stop in at Yokes and got some orange and apples which was on sale. I believe the orange was selling for .38 ¢ a pound.
Then we meet back at staples which I picked up some ink for the printer.

Then off to wal-mart. Look at dvd players but the plain one with out all the whistle was out of stock. So no dvd player. Murphy picked up his under garments and I got a black ink.

Then we headed home.

Coffee is on.
