July 2019 Report

For the entire month of July I kept track of what I eat and tried to learn from it. One reason I choose fitday it gives one quite bit of information.
From calories and what calories are made of. Plus all your vitamins and minerals.
My average daily calorie intake for the past month was 1,798 My goal I set for my self is 2,060 up to 2,310 daily intake of calories.
Three nutrition I am low on Vitamin A, Vitamin D and E
But the three I am strong in is Protein, Cholesterol, and Sodium. Or maybe a better word would over done it.
Last weigh in for the month of July was 204 at T.O.P.S

Much of my physical being I am also mental being. With feeling and thoughts. So I like to take some my monthly post and put over at PERSONALITY INSIGHT

Altruism is at 50% I have to wonder how many is dead center on middle of this one. I sure not looking for self gratification for treating my fellow human as I would want to be treated. 
Trust is at 31% Where my trust is lacking is general when it comes to with money dealing and past employer. 
Curiosity 70% I just love to adventure and I want to experience life

Well I kept track of what I spent the biggest utility was my water bill at Ninety dollars and my biggest monthly bill was my health insurance at 204 but we get subsidies to make the rest or it would be a little over thousand dollar a month.

Did much better on keep up on my bullet journal 
Got quarter inch of rain for month of July. But it didn't  get above 95 but maybe about five times in month is was just hair above 90.

  1. I totally forgot about fitday! I used to use that but then switched to myfitnesspal because they had a larger base of foods to chose from for the tracker (this was years it may have changed). I may have to go back and check it out. I know that they used to have a tool that you could project when you would reach your goals...or how much you would have to lose a week in order to reach it by a certain day...I LOVED that tool because it helped me to dream!!!

    1. Most people I know use my fitness pal. The main reason I use fitday is simple for the nutrition. Sure I can eat unhealthy or no nutrition foods. I feel fit day gives me a better out look on nutrition.

  5. I kept a food diary a few years ago. It didn't work for me. I've always been deliberate about what I eat, so there were no surprises. But I hear it's useful for many people.
