Start Up and Continue.

I decided to start up with FITDAY again. The reason I quite reucording what I ate and such,  because of time factor. I has busy though the day and had no time to record or trying to remember what I ate. Statement time..sitting on a computer doesn't burn calories. And my hubby and I use the same lap top.
Well I have a smart phone and I can do fitday from my phone.

There all sort of theory out there on calories and the intake. I found this site called CALORIE NET. It helps one figure the calorie one needs.
I figure we need 10 to 20 calories per pound. It depends on a few things what a person needs to meet there health goal.
Depends on what I weigh in at T.O.P.S tomorrow I will set my calorie intake I believe it should between 2,060 and 2,310.
Statement time...I feel it important to get good nutrition in your calorie range.

Yesterday my youngest came up with his family. We hiked up to Myrtle creek falls, it one of easier hikes with slight incline.

The oldest grand daughter liked tossing rocks off the bridge.

I been on a lot harder hike and been a lot more sore. But still it shows what kind of shape I truly in.

At work and so forth I was little more mindful on steps. So when every possible I did a little bit more movement. So I won't stove up.

But I had every intention for purchasing food, well I got food, but I forgot the non food items.

  2. I always try to move more on the day after I've done too much, so I don't get too stiff.

  5. I do my Yoga gymnastic every day, but for walking I am too lazy !

I track everything i eat but i don't use the computer. to much work and time needed to do that. i keep a tablet on the kitchen counter, if i bite it i write it is my goal. i eat 3 strawberries i write it down. of course i know the calories by heart from years of doing it. and the computer helps with that. several tops ladies love the computer way and several love the book. to lose weight i can't eat more than 1250 calories per day, to maintain i do 1500 to 1600. i have been at the same weight for 1 year 2 months, with in 3 pounds. activity is the answer and hiking is great. i do 30 minutes to 45 minutes 5 days aweek

  7. So nice to spend time with your grandchildren Dora. I started the Keto diet two weeks ago and have lost 3kgs already, the good thing is that it is so easy!

  8. You know, there are standing desks so you can stand while on the computer. Not as good as movement, but better than sitting.
