Beautiful and Creative Pop Up Number Forty

A day before summer, and actual we're having rain the first day of summer. The wild daisy are in bloom.
This is looking west toward the SELKIRK range.
Actual looking out my front window this is my view.
For more great scenery photo please stop in at SKY WATCH

Hot pot trivet done by doing locker hook using cotton fabric. All the fabric are medical scrubs  I picked up from thrift stores.
Expect for the outside edging which came from wish.
Still trying to figure a easier way of doing the outside edge. Ended up bending a yarn needle. I believe next one I might try ribbon, not cotton.
This piece will be send out to an  UN BOXING  at Banana Peppers.
Anyhow I've done rugs like this also.

  9. What an awesome view. You are so lucky to look out your window and see such beauty. A very sharp contrast to the view from my window. But that is city life for you.

  15. Lovely view. When I was looking at the trivet the stitching reminded me of rugs my mother use to make from rags and remnants when I was small.
