May Check in 2018

Didn't keep track of May weather hardly at all. I can say it green and lush. Most river and creeks are running on the high side.
Couple weeks ago there been concern about flooding but in resent time I haven't heard any thing.

Start to do fit day once again. Not saying I do it every single day. They have mood part on site. It covers 8 things...Happiness, Stress, Anger, Energy, Clarity, Hunger, and Health.
I think if we want to change our habit it lot to do how we think.
So not going into all of them. But my happiness one on average for last month been mostly happy. So there been a few with very and also neutral.
Last month stress level is some what different then my happiness level.
When it comes to stress for the month it read neutral and flip between stress and calm.
Well I should share briefly about eating and such.
There not much difference between my carbs and fats. My carbs are one percent more then my fats.
Fit day look at 21 vitamins and minerals. Well 8 of them I'm well over 100% and 3 of them I'm below 25%
I love my fit bit. Although I'm still learning my way around there site. Actual I want to share was my average daily steps. My goal is 7,500 steps daily. Looks like May 2 was my best at 9,016 steps and my worst was on 11th at 170 steps.
I did earn two badges one for 5,000 steps and also a Marathon one 26 miles.

Every month I check in with insight and here the result.
You are restrained, analytical and excitable.
You are philosophical: you are open to and intrigued by new ideas and love to explore them. You are dutiful: you take rules and obligations seriously, even when they're inconvenient. And you are empathetic: you feel what others feel and are compassionate towards them.
Your choices are driven by a desire for organization.
You are relatively unconcerned with achieving success: you make decisions with little regard for how they show off your talents. You consider independence to guide a large part of what you do: you like to set your own goals to decide how to best achieve them.

  3. We've had a tone of rain. A few of our city streets are under water. People wear hip waders to go for a walk kind of flooding. But it's just the river running high.

My back yard turned into a total jungle until my son took the weed whacker to it. So... maybe a little more rain than you?

  4. I wish it would say for me, too, "you are dutiful" - though at least today I started sorting paper for the taxes finally!
Just a wee bit of rain here whereas some 300 km farther south there was heavy flooding.
