Yes, Taking Off So I Can

We got snow and I went into work knowing I will be taking off Friday the 29th. So hopeful I can get my digestion system back on track.
I know it was going snow most of the day and I heard snow and snow was coming in. So I thought it would be a good day to try to get my digestion back on track, and I want to be close to a toilet.
I've been a milk or dairy cosumer for ages. A week ago I had a cup of ice cream, pumpkin spice and this was first time I got some stomach cramp.
Then I decide this morning with my breakfast I had a glass a milk and for about 1 to 2 hour I was belching milk, and to me it taste sour.
So I'm going to lay off the dairy and a little while I'm going to try a little dairy.

I had a very little trouble with either one of my son. Although I wouldn't give us award for Top children or parent for me.
Liz sure has some major issue with her children, and even it carried to her adult children even in present times. I know there nothing I can do or anyone else, force someone to communcate with you is fruitless. It's to learn how to deal with your own emotion on any sitution.
I find her relationship with her adult children very sad.

For Christmas dinner Murphy and I bought figgy pudding.

Sorry a little late...Coffee is on

  1. I hope your digestion settles down, cramps and diarrhea aren't fun for anybody. I have trouble with dairy too, not much, but I limit my intake and have to be careful with icecream. There is only one brand of icecream I can eat without problems. I can't eat any that say "extra creamy" and I can't eat any that has gluten or palm oil. That is a big problem because so many icecream manufacturers use palm oil. I can eat cheese and yoghurt, but can't drink a glass of plain milk.

That is sad about Liz and her children. I have seen children well brought up and still they go wrong.

I've never been a parent, but have seen how some of my friends have felt let down by their kids. That said, I can sometimes see the reverse. But it all comes down to the individuals, as you say. Each can only be responsible for themselves, in the end.

I never used to have trouble with eggs, but I noticed the last few months that I now get a queaziness after eating them; the aging digestive system needs adapting to! Wishing you the best with that. YAM xx
