It Should Be Easy

I often if techie stuff in our life makes things all that easy or not. Since I got appointment with Daisy to see about the sore on her side at local vet, Monday morning.
And I'm still trying to raise the cash to have her teeth clean, though. GO FUND ME Can't say it on daily base, but she gets her teeth brush although she not thrilled. Monday she gets a new bone to chew on.
Remember I will match funding for teeth cleaning.

I believe I found a new health insurance coverage for 2017.  We qualify to get a subsidy and with that my insurance should be $126.13 a month. It would of been $682.12 if I couldn't get a subsidy.

Didn't shop on Black Friday or Thanksgiving. To me Thanksgiving is to enjoyed with your love ones family or friends.
Statement time....It irritates me to see stores open on Actual Thanksgiving. Drove by Walmart down by Sandpoint in Morning and that evening on the way back. They was open. I won't be buying any gifts out of there.

My daughter in law is having a black friday special on her Esty site, BANDANABOOTIQUE Not sure actual the sale is on for. But if you put in code "BLACKFRIDAY25" you'll get 25% off

We did make it to the big horn lodge and had a wonderful meal. Celebrate Molly and Murphy birthday.
Good food and company.
Let see we had ham, brisket, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, green salad, and desserts was cookie, pumpkin pie, and carrot cake.

On the way there we drove in and took a look at Murphy Grandma Charlotte place. It sure some what different.
The old barn which wasn't hers. Murphy remembered it once housed a horse.

I find it peaceful. Confession time.....I do have trouble with anxiety and unknown things does bother me. Like Daisy sore.  She isn't in pain or real uncomfortable. But I am.
The little creeks and rivers on the bull lake road.

To be quite honest with you. The sore looks like she been attack by something. If Daisy live in pack of dogs she would be on pretty much on the bottom of the pecking order. When the neighbor dog comes over she will run into the house though her doggie door.

Got a little more done on locker hock trivet. Start to put special strips but it looks like I won't quite have enough.
Before I go to work tomorrow, I will see if I can get anther fat quarter.

Still cutting out gold strips for the rag rug.

Coffee is on

  1. That old barn and creek picture are very peaceful looking.

I didn't shop either, I did find one gift though - it kind of jumped out at me. I hope it's what I think it is!

I saw photos of terrible traffic jams in California in the lead up to Thanksgiving. Pleased to hear yours was nice and peaceful.

So sorry to hear of Daisy's sore; hope it proves to be a simple salve. Sounds like you had a pretty good Thanksgiving/birthday celebration, which is grand. I just don't get the need to shop. I have to work myself up to even going grocery shopping... every penny out is not recouped as I have no source of income. Am warm and safe though - and that counts for a lot in the world. YAM xx

  5. I did too much shopping this year - perhaps it is retail therapy for some of the anxieties in my life right now. Happy you have some health insurance in place for next year. Things are so uncertain for many of us. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
