Keeping the Ole Brain Shut.

Confession time...I have trouble with anxiety. Since Daisy been sick I keep thinking the worst.Like she will be have to put down, and I'm afraid I will get all emotional. My husband tell me I'm jumping to conclusion, worrying over something that may or may not be. And thoughts keep racing though my mind.
Then end of June I worried my self over the gun law of open and carry. I thought everyone would be walking around town toting a gun.
Same people who had a side arm, still has a side arm.

Now on to positive note. Both Regis and I lost weight. He doesn't go to my T.O.P.S group. Every Tuesday her goes to speech therapist for his cognitive. Well his speech therapist wasn't there. Well he got weight and lost 3 pounds. So did and I lost the most in our group for week.
After Regis and paying meadow creek for my broad band. Wrote a check out for $177 and that will be 3 months of internet. I stop at park and took walk.

Breakfast pancake with peanut butter and fresh raspberries.
Lunch yogurt, crackers and it was larger one, slice of cheese, and peanut clusters.
Dinner, pork ribs, pork n beans, and rice.

Murphy and I got the rest of our shorter lumber clean. Now if everything works out right. We're planning to load the pick up with longer boards.
But it look like Murphy got quite bit done around the place done. Not very often I every came home from work and something was done around the place.

Stop over at Alice to see how her MRI went she won't know until Friday. And she gave notice with her client Joel and Margret that the end month she won't be coming in. She complete giving up in-home care.
Anyhow she has some health issue. Anyhow some of care givers have some issues that they need a care giver.

Coffee is on

  1. It's not easy being a caregiver, I did it for 20 years.

  2. I hope Daisy gets better soon, it's easy to get stressed when a pet isn't well.
Hooray for losing weight! I should try harder, but I like to eat.

  3. It's hard but try not to worry Dora. Well done on losing weight, I've discovered that if I stop eating in-between meals and nothing after 7pm it helps a lot :)

  4. I become a worry-wort too when one of my pets has problems. I'm in tears when I think I may lose them.

I figured things wouldn't change much once the open carry went into effect.

Congrats on the weight loss! I'll bet that boosted your ego, huh?

  5. TOPS---Have not heard that organization for some time. Perhaps it would be time for me to visit them.

My parents always had a pot of coffee on. People stopped by the farm for whatever reason, and they would have fresh coffee and pie. Good times.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Good to meet you.

  8. I can get anxious, too. Sometimes, when the anxiety is free floating and there's nothing to be done, I try to take some Bach flower remedies. It helps chill me out when I'm freaking out for no reason. Something you might want to look into.

  9. With the condition of the world today, it's difficult NOT to worry and think the worst, because that is sometimes what happens!

Congrats on the weight loss- keep up the good work!

  10. I can get anxious. But my mother in law, who is in her late 80's, is starting to show a lot of anxiety. It has to be impacting her quality of life. Caregiving (the small taste of it I've had) is hard and I admire those who do it for a living (paid or not paid!) Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
