Last two weigh in I was down. Still haven't got my water down, all 64oz. I did good in my eating. My sister in law Faith gave us some fresh kale from her garden. Which I had for dinner. Plus she also gave us so bok choy and rhubarb which I made in to sauce.
Breakfast for me was a dish of yogurt and then for lunch fried chicken hearts and applesauce.
Garden is look real good. I'm amaze how well the artichokes is doing.
Coffee is on
