If Only I Could Fine A More Fitting One

Actual I'm looking for a quote to share with our weight lost group. I been trying to find an quote from our past president.
Some our president sure didn't stray much away for political ring...I found this from our JAMES MADISON and I have to say I agree with it....If men were angels, no government would be necessary.

Did ok for eating but I'm not going to post my daily food journal. I could of done with less refine carbs. Super tired.
