Not going to post much about our up coming summer celebration up at Smith Lake. There going to be an pot luck and one thing I've learn to do at potluck. I only take five items of the selection from main course. About a 1/2 cup of each or less. The dessert tables...Confession time....I do like my sweets. Then from the dessert selection is only three. 1/2 cup each or less.
It simple one doesn't need to take everything that being offered. This way I still keep my portions in checked.
Breakfast and Lunch been left overs at the fridge. Taco Salad and Spaghetti
Gave some lettuce to our neighbors. Wrote a letter to one my pen pals in GILLETT WISCONSIN
