I was hoping to do my walk a little
earlier. Before I headed to my local Human Right meeting. I've never
been to city in USA that didn't name a few of there streets after our
President.
Today I walk down Eisenhower on the
South hill. It short street.
It been over cast as I walk and lightly
snowing, nothing like they have in Buffalo New York.
Please take a moment to enjoy some other SKY WATCH of the world
Coffee is on
Now you've got me wondering if we have any streets named after Presidents. I can't think of any offhand. Happy Skywatch!
ReplyDeleteI think you're right. I think nearly every state in the U.S. has a city with a president's name.. Interesting. Happy Friday Peppy. - I'm back in the blogging world and sharing your words. :D Thanks for being such a faithful reader and follower of my blog. I really do appreciate it.
ReplyDeletei think we have more streets named after hockey players than prime ministers.
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm near Washington DC so we have lots of streets named after presidents :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a cool wintertime sky.
ReplyDeleteYou don't have to look too hard to find a street named after a president in my neck of the woods (although you rarely see them named after the more recent presidents).
ReplyDeleteWhen I lived in Missouri many years ago, I used to love going for walks when there was a slight dusting of snow going on. It's so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteA wired sky, lol !
