13th at 48.2 (9.0)...Coldest day was
on the 13th -2.7 (-19.2)...Average high for February 41.2
(5.1)...Average low for February 19.2 (-7.1)...weather note for
February most year it hit 50 (10) but it never made it or even last
year (2012)
Not much more to report...didn't balance any check...last time I did that I was in my late teen or early twenty

It's been a very mild winter over here.
